FOR REGISTERING THE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT
CASE
The humble applicant most respectfully submits as

under:-

1. That the Applicant is the Complainant in Complaint

Case No. ………. of 2019 filed before this Hon’ble

Court under section 190(1) Cr.P.C. for registering the

criminal complaint case against the Opposite Parties.

2. That in connection to the above mentioned case the

Opposite Parties are willing to hand over ORIGINAL

M.A Final Year Mark Sheet and thereafter both the

parties are willingly agreed settling their disputes

without involving them in further litigation against

each other.

3. That the Applicant humbly submits to this Hon’ble

Court to withdraw the aforesaid Complainant in

Complaint Case No. ………. of 2019 filed before this

Hon’ble Court under section 190(1) Cr.P.C. for

registering the criminal complaint case against the
