This project was undertaken to enhance my understanding of introspection and its role in self-
awareness. By exploring Mahatria’s perspective in the video, I aimed to:

dedicating a few minutes daily to introspection can significantly improve one's quality of life. He

seeking constructive feedback from teachers and peers. These steps will help me grow
academically, emotionally, and socially.
Through this project, I have also realized the importance of self-reflection in fostering empathy
