not acceptable in other countries since most of the time their schedules are full, and they cannot

following:
 Come up / think of a game or a competition that would improve
the intercultural communication competency of the employees in
your department.
 Encourage participation from all the members of your department
regardless of the nationality, physical challenges, sexual orientation, age,
etc.
 The game/competition could be an existing or a newly created one.
