Important Instructions :
1. It is mandatory to bring Hall Ticket and College ID card for appearing in the examination. 2. Abiding by Covid appropriate protocol and behavior are mandatory. 3. Students are expected to wear face
masks and carry proof of being fully vaccinated or a negative RT-PCR report as mentioned above while undertaking the examination. 4. Students should report to the college at least one hour before the
scheduled time of the examination and occupy their seat in the examination hall at least 15 minutes before the scheduled examination time. 5. Doors of the examination hall will be closed 10 minutes
before the commencement of examination and they will be opened after distribution of question and answer papers to the students present in the examination hall. 6. No extra time will be given in such
cases. 7. Keep your baggage outside the examination hall. 8. Possession of a mobile phone and any electronic gadget except the calculator is strictly prohibited. If found, same shall be seized and action
will be taken as per the rules of unfair means cases. 9. The examinee should verify the course name and course code on the question paper before attempting the same. Discrepancy if any should be
immediately pointed out to the invigilators. 10. Enter your roll number and other fields carefully and correctly in the answer book. 11. Write your roll number on the question paper also. 12. The examinee is
required to sign the attendance sheet on each day of the examination. 13. The examinee is not allowed to leave the examination hall before the completion of one hour from the starting of the examination.
If a student is leaving the examination hall temporarily, hand over your hall ticket and question paper to the invigilator. These will be returned when the student comes back. 14. If a student leaves the hall
after finishing the examination one hour before the scheduled end time, the question paper will be kept by the invigilator. The student may collect the same after the scheduled end time from the invigilator.
15. Students who are found guilty of using unfair means or supporting/prompting unfair means activities directly or indirectly will be punished as per the norms. 16. The examinee is advised to see the
notice board and visit the college website regularly for the latest information about the examination.
