SUCTION CYCLE:
During suction cycle V2 open which is connected to vacuum pump, due to which whole housing
is subjected to vacuum. After a delay of five sec inlet valve (V1) open, due to vacuum powder are
sucked inside the housing. During this cycle both valves (V3 & V4) are in close position.
DISCHARGE CYCLE:
During discharge cycle both valves (V1 & V2) goes in close position. In this cycle firstly discharge
valve (V3) opens. After pre-set delay pulse valve (V4) opens which purge compressed
air/Nitrogen for pre-set delay. Purging air help mainly cleaning of filter media and also helps 100%
discharge of material into a storage hopper of 50L (no material retention inside the housing).

The separation of the product side from the clean gas side is effected via a tubular, inherently
stable filter element. Filter cleaning is performed at the end of each conveying cycle.

Operating Principle: Powder from holding hopper will be feed directly to the Bag Filling machine by
gravity. Filling station will be interconnected by Flow Control valve. The filling of 25 kg Bags will be
done by flow control valve. Flow Control valve give advantage in coarse as well as in fine filling.
Filling cycle is divided into two set points.
As the product is to be filled in liner, so liner will be placed in liner clamping station. With the help of
foot switch & pneumatic cylinder operator clamp the bag inside clamping system. When fill push
button is pressed to start the filling cycle. The controller is now auto tarred and after a pre-set delay,
following sequence is executed:
1. Coarse valve of the Flow Control valve opens in coarse cycle up-to first set point.
2. When first set point is achieved coarse valve of Flow Control valve gets closed & filling cycle
goes into fine mode.
3. After pre-set delay fine valve of flow control open, do the final filling up-to final Set point is
achieved.
4. Once Filling is done the bags will be guided to Stitching Machine for Stitching by Motored Belt
conveyor.
5. Filled Drums will be moved from filling station to pallet through idler roller conveyor manually
6. Dust generated during filling will be arrested by Dust collection system

Operating Principle:
Powder from the hopper will be feed into Bag Filling machine by gravity with the help of Slide gate
valve.
The filling of 500 kg bags (adjustable as per requirement) is done by Combo Valve. This valve gives
advantage in coarse as well as in fine filling. Filling cycle will be divided into two set points. Firstly,
rapid (Coarse) filling up to 90% and remaining 10 % in fine filling.
With the help of foot switch & pneumatic cylinders, operator will clamp the bag liner inside the
clamping system and the material will be filled in the Jumbo Bags.

Heavy dosing:
The butterfly opens and discharges 90% of the pre-set gross weight. When the bulk weight limit is
obtained the butterfly closes.
Fine dosing:
When the butterfly closes, the central rotor begins to trickle feed until the total weight of the product
is obtained, with an accuracy which varies from +10g (for 25 kg bag) in compliance with characteristic
of treated product.
All is driven by 90° pneumatic actuators for the butterfly and 180° for the rotor.
The fine dosing pockets of the rotor can be customized in number and volume
The most common application is the continuous liner dosing system, conceived by Prochem which
allows the discharge of product inside a polyethylene liner as well as the filling of bags in a closed
cycle, controlling the weight with great accuracy.

Heat Sealing
The unit works on a principle whereby the bag / liner will be carried through the machine by Teflon
coated bands. These bands will rotate around the infeed and outfeed pulleys supporting and carrying
the bags through the bands to seal the bags.
A pair of heat bars are mounted in the machine. Each bar is fitted with a heating element which
controlled by a temperature controller via thermocouple. Heat will be transmitted to the band through
the heat bar inserts which form an integral part of the bar which can be easily replaced for
maintenance purpose.
The width of the heat bar inserts determines the width of seal, which can vary dependent upon film
thickness and throughput speed.
Mounted in the same way are the heat bars, the cooling bars are drilled to allow forced air to cool
the seal area.
The drive motor will be flange mounted within the frame of the machine through a chain and
sprockets system, driving the band pulley compression rollers. The control panel is an integral part
of the covers for the machine including the following functions:

instrumentation unless otherwise mentioned.
3) Air piping inside the plant required for equipment’s.
4) Plant illumination, cabling, ventilation, earthing, communication facilities, fire-fighting system,
roads etc.
5) Any other item not in our scope of supply, not specifically mentioned in this list.

The Final Price for Material Conveying and Packing system as per above description will be;

Rupees: Thirty One Lakh Only
PAYMENT TERMS:
Advance – 30% with Purchase order.
Balance – 70% + all applicable taxes against Proforma Invoice.
TAXES:
GST : 18% as and when applicable
Packing : 2% on Basic price.
Transportation : Extra @ actuals
PROPOSAL VALIDITY:
This Proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of issue
ORDER ACCEPTANCE:
Acceptance of this quotation and any purchase order issued in accordance herewith, whether
written, oral or by performance constitutes an acceptance of all the terms and conditions herein
stated. No conditional acceptance, counteroffer or purchase order will supersede these terms and
conditions without written authorization by us
.
Purchase orders based on this quotation are subject to acceptance only at our office and no
purchase order shall be accepted by us, which contains terms or conditions materially different than
those stated in our quotation.
TEST MATERIALS:
Any product or test material required to complete the design or testing of the machine as quoted
must be supplied at the purchaser’s expense.
It must be sent prepaid upon request by us. Delays in receiving test material may result in delay of
the delivery of the machine. Disposal of all test material is the responsibility of the purchaser.
PRE-DESPATCH TRIALS
The buyer should necessarily stipulate the requirement of pre-dispatch inspection in Purchase Order.
If the pre-dispatch trials are requested subsequently it may delay the delivery and we will not be
liable for any claims or losses due to delayed deliveries. We will charge 1.5% of order value extra,
for arranging the inspection
if we have elected to run tests to determine production data. In no event shall we be responsible for
performance figures supplied by subcontractors or other cooperating parties.
Pre-dispatch trials of the machine at our factory will be representative one. Long trials runs cannot
be offered.
In case of Toxic products buyer will have to provide comparable non-toxic product for FAT.
DELIVERY:
Ex-factory, approximately 22 to 24 weeks from receipt of firm order and drawing approval. This period
does not start until all technical and commercial questions and drawing have been approved. The
delivery time is given with best of knowledge at time of quoting. A reasonable deviation must be
accepted.
Delay in lifting machine beyond the agreed schedule will attract delayed lifting charges at the rate of
0.5% per week of order value for the first 4 weeks, 1% per week thereafter.
TRANSFER OF EQUIPMENT:
Delivery of equipment to transporter by us, consigned to you or as you may direct, shall constitute
Transfer of equipment at such point of delivery, and such transporter shall thereafter be deemed to
be acting for you and the equipment shall thereafter be at your risk.
To minimize the cost of the equipment, and to allocate the cost of the installation service equability
among those users most requiring it, a separate charge will be made for installation of new machines.
Factory trained installation is strongly recommended.
It is the customer’s responsibility, before the Service Engineer arrives, to uncrate and set the new
machine into position for running, to make all necessary service connections such as electricity, air,
water, etc., to the machine, and to have available necessary personnel, product and packaging
materials.
The services of our Engineer or Engineer from our representative will be of supervisory nature. The
necessary labor standard tools tackles required during commissioning of the machines are to be
provided by customer.
The Commissioning charges for 7 days will be FOC whereas, Rs 15,500/- will be charged per man-
day (working days).
These charges are to be paid in advance by way of Demand Draft in favor of the MANUFACTURER
for estimated period.

PURCHASER is required to get the commissioning of machine within 60 days from the date of
dispatch.
WARRANTY:
Warranty Period of machine supplied is 12 months from date of commissioning or 18 months from
date of Invoice of machine whichever is earlier, however warranty period bought out items will be 12
months from date of Invoice of machine.
Purchaser needs to get supplied machine commissioned within 45 days from date of Invoice. If gets
delayed beyond 45 days due to non-readiness of site or any other reason in purview of customer,
retention payment if any, should be released on or before 50th day from date of dispatch. If
commissioning gets delayed beyond 60 days from date of Invoice, number of extra days above 45
will be deducted in warranty period specified above.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER:
Being customized solution buyer is not at liberty to cancel the order at any stage. In the event of
cancellation of order, we will forfeit the advance & recover all consequential losses including
completed work.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Our Liability and the liability of any affiliate of ours on any claim of any kind, including negligence, for
any loss or damage arising out of, connected with, or resulting from your order or from the
performance or breach of the terms thereof, or from the design, manufacture, sale, delivery, resale,
installation, technical direction of installation, inspection, repair, operation or use of any product or
part thereof covered by this quotation shall in no case exceed the price allocable to the product or
part thereof which gives rise to the claim and shall terminate one year from the date of shipment by
us. Under no circumstances shall we or any affiliate of ours have any liability whatsoever for loss of
use or for any indirect or consequential damages.
JURISDICTION:
Any legal proceedings arising out of the purchase order or sale transaction shall be subject to the
jurisdiction of the courts in Pune exclusively. No courts other than the court of Pune shall have
jurisdiction to decide the dispute between Prochem Turnkey Projects Pvt. Ltd. and the purchaser.
