Sub: Kindly consider the attachments for Deficiencies -Request -Regarding

On 5th April 2019 EVC has advised our institution to close 2nd Shift and they also said that the first
shift will have proper infrastructure and other facilities etc,. they mentioned in the EVC Report.

Now in the Academic year Extension of approval (EOA) has given for the academic Year 2020-
21, and has approved for the intake of 420 seats. but No Students Joined due to COVID-19 in our
institution. In previous last two years 2018-2019, 2019-2020 AICTE Put in No Admission Category and
Present there are no Students in our institution.

On 24th December 2020 EVC has conducted an online Meeting what they have asked some details
and rooms of institution we showed them by Video Calling and also explained to them about academic
year of 2020-2021 i.e No Joining of Students and they did not asked Remaining Class Rooms and
Equipment etc,.

We already having sufficient Labs, Workshops, Class rooms, etc,. as per your Norms. We
previously runed the institution with an intake of 840 seats with your permission.

We have already having the infrastructure and the same has was submitted to you in early
applications simultaneously every year. We are ready to submit the detail information available with us as
per your requirement which was submitted in the application 2020-2021. Mentioned deficiencies in you
letter.

Present there is no students in our institution please see the attachment of occupancy report etc,.
for further detail information to you. Please kindly consider our request and save the institution.
