CLOUD-BASED AI CHATBOT DEVELOPMENT

HEALTHCARE BOT

1.ABSTRACT:
An AI chatbot platform is designed to provide automated
conversational interactions between users and machines. The
goal is to enhance customer service, provide instant support,
and improve user engagement through a scalable and efficient
system. The abstract of the healthcare AI chatbot is to create,
develop and deploy the AI chatbot in cloud(IBM Cloud
Watson).

Artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots are increasingly being


integrated into the healthcare sector, offering innovative
solutions to enhance patient care and streamline clinical
workflows. These AI-driven systems leverage natural language
processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to provide
a range of services, including symptom checking, appointment
scheduling, medication reminders, and patient education. AI
chatbots have demonstrated potential in improving
accessibility to healthcare information, reducing the burden
on healthcare professionals, and providing continuous patient
engagement.
The challenges of healthcare of AI chatbot such as ensuring
data privacy, maintaining high accuracy in medical advice, and
integrating seamlessly with existing healthcare systems remain
critical. This abstract discusses the current applications,
benefits, and limitations of AI chatbots in healthcare,
highlighting their role in transforming patient care and the
future prospects of this technology.
The conclusion is the integration of AI chatbots in healthcare
holds the potential to improve accessibility, efficiency, and
patient outcomes, making healthcare more personalized and
responsive.
