Week 2 Discussion: Favorite Computer Applications

The first computer application that I find very interesting is the Microsoft Word

application. I use this application for writing essays, reports and assignments. The application is

easy to use, especially during formatting, spell checking and the availability of cool templates

(Microsoft., n.d.). My second favorite application is Canva. I use the application to create nice-

looking designs for presentations, posters and posts on social media. Through customization and

the ability to directly drag elements into the design space, Canva easily cuts down the design

time while offering the non-designer a platform to design (Canva., n.d.). Lastly, I use Google

Drive all the time for storing documents and sharing them. Google Drive's cloud feature

guarantees that every created document is always backed up and can be worked on over any

device, as well as enhances the collaborative nature of group projects (Google., n.d.). In

summary, the above applications allow me to seamlessly complete my assignments and projects.
