This is an excel-based work book for Business Continuity Planning Workshop for Micro, Small and Medium
Enterprises (MSMEs) and Large Enterprises. The exercises and forms used in this workbook are excerpts
from the MSME Guide to Disaster Resilience. This electronic document was prepared by CTIDS Faustino
V. Gayas, Jr., DMT, a Business Development Division Chief of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)
- Leyte Provincial Office, Region 8 for similar workshop for Ormoc City MSMEs and Large Enterprises
under the auspices of the National Resiliency Council (NRC) and the DTI - Bureau of Small and Medium
Enterprises (BSMED) in collaboration with the LGU - Ormoc City through its Business Permit and Licensing
Office (BPLO), the Ormoc Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OrCham) and the DTI Ormoc City /
Negosyo Center.
Instructions:

2. Most of the entries in each section are automatically copies to the Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
Roadmap.
3. Only editable portion in the BCP Roadmap such as the BCP Objectives and the ranking of threats are to
be fill-up.
