TANK TO TANK INJECTION AGREEMENT

We the management of (REDONDO REFINERY) the official allocation/ titleholder to the product in said tanks
with following tank number: TNK78008/ HUB-0783TN, our full permission to the above company and to their
respective agent, representative or inspector to conduct a Dip Test required on each Tank listed on this authorization.

(Note: Above information to be completed and shown for each tank in which product is located) A copy of this
permission has been supplied to the Tank Farm Control Tower by the Leaseholder of the tanks/titleholder of the
product: [REDONDO REFINERY].

This permission is effective immediately (MORROW INDUSTRIES LLC) this enable the tank farm to activate
this tank injection agreement and approve the buyer to conduct dip test on the product EN590 on DEC, 2024.

Note: “REDONDO REFINERY”, will give an approval for dip testing on the product when the above request has
been fulfilled by the buyer.

The specified product is to comprehend the supply to (MORROW INDUSTRIES LLC) located at 3431 Rayford
Rd., Suite 200 Spring, Texas 77386, as the refinery’s obligation to execute their signed commercial invoice.
