Road Safety Pledge

"Road Safety is Life Safety"
I pledge that I will always;
✓ Pay attention to all safety-related matters before driving on the road.
✓ Follow the rules of the road and traffic.
✓ Ensure my own safety and also of all the fellow travellers on the road.
✓ Wear a standard helmet while riding a two-wheeler.
✓ Wear a seatbelt while driving a four-wheeler.
✓ Drive cautiously, especially on curves.
✓ Avoid driving at high speeds.
✓ Never drive in the wrong direction.
✓ Not use a mobile phone while driving.
✓ Never drive under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicants.
✓ Give way to ambulances and fire vehicles.
✓ Pay special attention to pedestrians, especially the elderly, women,
children and the disabled.
✓ Always be ready to help those injured in road accidents.
✓ Drive safely and carefully, remembering my family awaits at home.
✓ Try to Contribute to a clean, safe, and healthy road culture.
