 Cycle counting & IOR Coverage - As per PI / IOR Plan from IA, Stock accuracy - A class -100%, B- 90%, C-75%
 One part one location, identification of parts, Proper Material Handling, FIFO racks
 To Raise SM & NM parts list to MPL for IUT, SPD, conversion & disposing
 To improve packing of materials as per packaging norm
 VOR service within 24 hrs, Spares service within 48hrs, MRM & Inter unit matl transfer (48 hrs)
 Rejections and Scrap material disposal within time frame, Returnable bins.
 A Class items receiving as per ASN * excess inventory list circulate to Concern persons
 Shortage report update daily indicating next 4 days requirement
 Daily report ODC, packing conditions of receipt materials
 Preservation audit, 5S audit, House keeping
 Monthly inventory verification and reconciliation (PI and IOR) as per plan.
 Addressing customer concern on continuous basis.
