Invitation Letter for our Exhibit (Professors)
Invitation Letter for our Exhibit (Professors)
Dear Professors,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you about an upcoming event organized
by our Seminar on Contemporary Philosophy Class. On Tuesday, September 3, from 1:30 pm
to 3:30 pm, we will be hosting an "Interactive Philosophy of Mind Exhibit" in the Conference
Room, located adjacent to the stairs leading to the Fourth Year classroom.
This exhibit aims to engage students in exploring various aspects of the Philosophy of Mind
through interactive stations and discussions. We believe this hands-on approach will enhance
their understanding of the subject and provide a unique educational experience.
We kindly request your approval and support for this event by allowing your students from the
First Year, Second Year, and Third Year classes to attend during the designated time slots. The
schedule is as follows:
1:30 pm to 2:00 pm: First Years Block A
2:00 pm to 2:30 pm: First Years Block B
2:30 pm to 3:00 pm: Second Years
3:00 pm to 3:30 pm: Third Years
We understand the importance of your class schedules, and we have carefully planned these
time slots to minimize disruption to your classes. Your cooperation in this endeavor would be
greatly appreciated, as it will significantly contribute to the educational development of our
seminarians.
If there are any concerns or suggestions you may have regarding the event, please feel free to
share them with us. We are open to making adjustments as needed to accommodate your
classes. Thank you and God bless!
Sincerely,
