invaluable contribution to your community.
2. Make a profile of these chosen individuals.
3. Describe each of their background and significant achievements and deeds.
4. Use the format below as your guide but you can always modify it depending on your own skills,
creativity, and available resources.
5. For the teacher: Use the rubric below to evaluate the output. Rubric may be changed depending
on the agreement between the teacher/facilitator and the learner).
