SPOTTING THE HAZARD RISK ASSESSMENT RISK CONTROL

1.) Slippery floor Someone might trip and fall. Wipe and dry it with a mop and put a
wet sign on the floor.
2.) Stacked up chairs It might fall or collapsed on someone. Arranged it properly and put the
chairs inside a storage room to keep
it hidden and safe.
3.) Wires hanging Someone might touch it and get Bundle the wires together to keep
electrocuted. them from hanging.
4.) Garbage can blocking the way Someone might trip and fall. Put the trash can away and put it in
the right place.
5.) Hole in the washing area Someone might fall into the hole. Cover it with plywood and put a sign
indicating that there is a hole there.
6.) Random things on the sink It may have sharp objects in the sink Put it away properly and keep it safe.
and can lead to injury for someone.
7.) Wires on the floor Someone might trip and fall. Bundle the wires together to keep
them from tangling and put it
somewhere safe.
