Functionality Released:

● Placeholder Text added for selecting sport for Teams in Create Teams screen
● Captain of the team should not be added their name into that team while creating a team
● Detailed description of a team post is visible to all team members
● Only Captain can add posts for a team and all team members can have access to view that
team posts
● Select Time field remove din create team screen and it is automatically added
● Zip code validation issue solved in create event screen
● Forgot password formatting issue resolved
● Typo fixed for ‘Password’ field in Forgot Password Screen
● Dummy text replaced with member role in "Leaderboard" screen
● “Learn more” copy has been updated in award points "Leaderboard" screen
● Placeholder image added in "Leaderboard" screen
● Date and Time stamp added in "Notifications" screen
● Thumbnail images added in image upload box for "Create Post" screen
● Close button moved to the top-left side for "Create Post" screen
● Blurry Icons replaced in all request management tabs
 ● Back button added on "News" screen
● All Typo's and UI bugs are fixed In "Request Management" screen
● Back button added for all "Request Management" screens.
● All Typo's and UI fixes In "Content Management" screen
● Typo fixed in My Region Screen
● Right Arrows hided in My Region Screen

Known issues:

SignUp/Login

● Able to select blank in dropdown values - for instance User clicks on gap between
● Male and female dropdown. The blank value is selected and able to submit also.
● Clicking the back button on Request Management two times should take you to the home
page.
● Already register user should not allowed to register again- No error validation message is
displayed
● SignUp 2nd Screen- User is able to enter 'Years Served (start)' and 'Years Served End'
date before DOB
● Signup(4th Screen) :- Terms and Condition check and uncheck issue.
● Register button should be disabled once the user clicks on it.
● Token expired message is displayed if application is ideal for sometime
● iOS - User Not able to close mobile keypad, clicking on the outside of placeholder should
close the keypad
● DeepLinking - Email Content is not correct for new signup users, "Click Here" should be
in bold and highlighted
● The Hyperlink Forgot Your Password is fully extended to the left. Only "Forgot Your
Password?" Text should be clickable.

Forgot Password
● Display an error message saying “ An error has occurred. Please try again later”

Home Page
● The Icons are blurry ( My Teams, My Events, My region , Award Point Trophy)
● Images are blurries in Vetsports News & Vetsport Media click button

Contacts Us
 ● Without First & last name and description contact form is submitted (Giving two blank
spaces)showing error " F name can't be blank" "L name can't be blank.

Leaderboard:

● Typo- First letter should be capital in all fields in the pop up window of 'Learn more
about award points'

Member Directory:
● Need to add all users as athletes in Member Directory

Profile:
1. Make it public action should also make it private action .
2. When click on user Profile and come back to Profile. A Member Directory button shows
with undefined user .

3. Once Make Public is selected, it can't be unselected again

4. No back Icon on Messages - if the user redirects from My Profile to messages, no option
to go back.

6. iOS - Chat - 'X' icon to close the chat to be remove

Hamburger Menu :
- Hamburger menu-Updated profile photo from my profile is not updating on hamburger
menu.
- When user clicks on Setting, Contact US, Policies it should be highlighted in blue tab.

Notifications
1. NaN on nav menu
2. “Hii” message shouldn’t have pop-up
3. Last notification should be stick at top of navigation menu
4. User is getting multiple message request
5. Notification - Read|Unread|All - After reading the unread notification, the counts do not
update.

Events
1. Event time should not accept past time and not allowed to enter 0hr & 0Min.
2. Clicking on RSVP more than once displays an error
3. Create Events consolidated UI issues(typo-errors, alignments etc.)
4. With unchecked Rules and regulation checkbox, event is created.

Forum
 - Images should not be stretched
- No way to go back when viewing single forum page
- Thumbnail image option in the create post form should be removed
- User is able to create the post with blank fields
- Remove the 'seconds' from event time
- when user enters Zip code more than 5 digits, UI is breaking
- Click on Description, Keyboard Overlaps on the description

Chat Ids:-

- Keyboard overlaps on open if there’s a lot of messages and huge white space between the
keypad and text input placeholder
- Cross icon to close the chat and Time stamp of message history is missing in the Ongoing
chat screen
- User should not be allowed to sent message if message request is rejected by another user
- When the 2nd user receives request, should be able to see the profile picture of first user
- iOS- Clicking on New chat icon at top right corner on chat screen open the Hamburger
menu (Side Bar)

Admin Panel
1. Every dropdown 1st value is blank.
2. User is able to update the future DOB.

Upload Media
1. User unable to slide Tags. and able to select multiple tags for the same picture

Entire App
- Cross button in whole application needs to tap multiple times to close it

Policies:
- Terms & conditions - copy formatting
- Code of conduct - Typo and copy formatting
- Privacy policy - copy formatting
 - User is unable to go back to previous screen once Policies subcategories are opened

Design Gap:

1. No flow available for Settings under Navigation menu & profile- When user clicks

3. No flow available -My Region->Clicking “Learn more about becoming a Chapter
Leader” - When the user clicks it doesn't navigate the user to anywhere.
4. Chat Message Request sent- What if user wants to cancel it
5. No flow is available on clicking ‘Notify ME’ icon under the Event section - When the
user clicks Setting it doesn't navigate the user to anywhere.
6. Events which are created in past, should not be there

Questions:

1. All Post - There is no Back icon present if the user clicks on any specific post, Robert
Romecan you confirm if new UI will have this? Do we have to do it now?
2. Home > Service & Support > VetSports Partners ----The "BECOME A PARTNER" button
doesnt have a flow. Robert Romeplease confirm?
3. What should be the minimum DOB
4. If a user uploads their profile image often, their reward points will constantly increase.
5. The username box is not available throughout the signup process, but it appears during
profile editing and becomes mandatory when editing the profile.
6. Event Attendee - Can Cap Be '0'?
7. How we are passing search value. Are we passing the description values or only heading
8. What is the flow of featured events
9. From where we are getting these tags when we upload images in media ? Admin panel or
API ..or?
10. Admin Panel - User unable to view last option on side panel(Upload Media) - Is the a User
Exp bug?
11. What if user wants to edit the event?
12. Once user signup and activated account through email, what happen when user tries to
click again on ‘Click here’ ? for now its showing API response. A proper validation
message that Link has been expired/account is already activated should display.
13. “Congratulations! Your VETSports account is now active You can now log in with this
email address to the VETSports app.”. Without even clicking “Click here” showing this
Message, Email content needs to change
14. Hamburger Menu- Slide bar is overlapping the application. What would be the actual
design, application is as per the figma?
15. User should not be allowed to sent message if message request is rejected by another
user - Dheepak needs to confirm
