A teacher in Fort Worth, Texas is under investigation by district


officials after allegedly asking U.S. Immigration and Customs
Feedback
Enforcement (ICE) on social media to raid a public high school they
teach at in the city.
On Monday, Fort Worth Independent School District confirmed to
USA TODAY that it had been notified about a substitute teacher,
implying the immigration law enforcement agency should visit one of
its secondary schools.

School officials did not respond to a request to identify the teacher,


or say how long she had taught in the district.

Southern Democrats fought the American Civil War to protect slavery
