Please find attached herewith DAILY UA/UC OBSERVATION REPORT (HSE)-1, dated 20.01.2025,.Please take
a note that all the HSE observations as specified need to be complied within a week & a closure report shall be
submitted to the engineer with a copy to OBCC officially.
With reference to the report attached, please note that the comments/observation given is not limited &
exhausted to the area marked/displayed in the report only .It is also applicable to all other areas of the project
sites potentially hazardous . Necessary suitable rectification/correction as per relevant State & National laws
should be applied as remedial /control measures. You are requested to appoint a representative of safety for
proper monitoring & compliance.
This is for your necessary information & immediate action please.
