INTRODUCTION
Mathematician of ancient and early medieval India
were almost all Sanskrit , who were trained in Sanskrit
language and literature and possessed a common stock
of knowledge in grammer .
Classical India mathematicians such as Aryabhata ,
Brahmagupta , Mahavira and others are immortalized
for their contributions to mathematics . For Instance
the concept of zero as a number , arithmetic , algebra
and trigonometry are only a few examples.
History of Mathematicians
in India
The famous 5 Mathematicians are:
First:-
Aryabhatta
In (476-550 CE) was the first of the major
mathematicians astronomers from the classical age of
India mathematics and Indian astronomy. His work
include the Aryabhatta 499CE ,when he was 23 years
oid) and the Arya siddhanata.
Second:-
Srinivasa Ramanujan
He was born on 1887. His important contributions to
this field are:-
a)Hardy – Ramanujan – littlewood circle method in
number theory.
b)Rogor – Ramanujan’s Indentities in the partition of
number.
C)Work on the algebra of Inequalities
d)Elliptic functions
e)Continved fractions
Third:-
Satyendranath Bose
He was born in 1894. He is known for his collaboration
with Albert Einstein. He is best known for his work on
quantum mechanics. His famous contribution are:-

c)Bose-Einstein Statistics
d)Boson
e)Bose gas
f)Photon gas
g)Ideal Bose equation of state
Fourth:-
Sankuntala Devi
Known as the ‘Human Computer’. She was famous for
solving the most complex maths equations without
needing calculation or Calculator. She was famous for
setting many World Record in mathematics with her
superior in talent.
Fifth:-
Brahmagupta
He born in 598CE near present day Rajasthan. The
