General Guidelines
Guidelines:

* The main objective of the appraisal process is to manage and review performance.
* This form is to be completed in consultation with the direct manager.
* The final rating of each objective/competency is the direct manager's rating.
* The Performance review final evaluation is set by the direct manager in Section 4 after reveiwing and verifying the objectives status.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation by uploading staff data on the HR
System & Engage.

Add staff vacations on the HR System

Oversee leave and attendance management to ensure that employees’ time-off requests are handled
efficiently.
rack employee attendance and manage leave requests (e.g., vacation, sick leave, personal leave).
Ensure that leave balances and absences are accurately recorded and monitored.

Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires and seamless offboarding for departing employees.
Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation, ensuring they are properly introduced to the
organization’s policies, procedures, and culture.
Manage exit processes, including conducting exit interviews, ensuring proper handover of duties, and updating
records

Post Job vacancies / filter cvs / conduct phone screening / schedule interviews and demos when
required/coordinate communication with the candidates.

Governmental Medical Insurance:


Book appointments for staff at the governmental insurance / coordinate the procedures with the lawyer /
review the medical forms and finalize it/ make sure that staff receives their medical booklets.

Private Medical Insurance:
