General Guidelines
Guidelines:
* The main objective of the appraisal process is to manage and review performance.
* This form is to be completed in consultation with the direct manager.
* The final rating of each objective/competency is the direct manager's rating.
* The Performance review final evaluation is set by the direct manager in Section 4 after reveiwing and verifying the objectives status.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation by uploading staff data on the HR

Oversee leave and attendance management to ensure that employees’ time-off requests are handled
efficiently.
