DOWNLOAD FILES FROM ETSY

You will have immediate access to the files once your payment is confirmed.

1. Sign in to Etsy.com using a web browser such as Safari or Google Chrome.

Digital downloads are not available on the Etsy app.
2. Go to Your Account and select Purchases.
3. Next to your MarvelsbyMuse order, select Download Files.
You’ll be directed to the Downloads page for all files attached to your order.
If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

You can access your files any time from Purchases section unless the transaction has been cancelled or removed.
There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file.

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you’ll find a secure link to download your purchase in the
receipt email that was sent to you after the purchase.

ACCESS AND DOWNLOAD YOUR PRODUCTS FROM GOOGLE DRIVE

Due to Etsy's file size restrictions for uploads, you will get a PDF file named ‘DownloadLink’’ that
contains a Google Drive link to access all the files that come with your purchase.

Simply open the PDF and tap ‘’CLICK HERE TO ACCESS YOUR FILES’’, and it will take you to
Google Drive. Locate the files you want to download, and
Tap • • • > Download > Save to Files > Choose the destination and Save.
If the link is somehow not clickable, just copy and paste it into your browser.
Files can’t be previewed, opened, or unzipped directly on Google Drive. They need to be saved on your device first.

IMPORTING FROM FILES INTO GOODNOTES

1. Locate the downloaded file in the Files app on your iPad.

2. Long-press (tap & hold) on the file you want to open, then tap Share.
3. Tap Open in GoodNotes
You can choose different note-taking apps. If you don’t see the open in app option on the share menu, tap
More • • • or Edit Actions.
4. In GoodNotes, tap Import as New Document.
If you purchase digital stickers, please note that in the Files app, .goodnotes and .collection files may appear as zip
files, but they are not. You can import .goodnotes files directly into GoodNotes without unzipping by following the
steps above. For instructions on importing .collection files, please refer to this page.

IMPORTING FROM WITHIN GOODNOTES

You can also import files directly within the GoodNotes app.
1. Open the GoodNotes app. Tap the + button on the homescreen (bookshelf) and tap Import.
2. Locate your file in the Files app, then tap it to import.

DIGITAL STICKERS

Our digital stickers are available in three formats—offering the same stickers in different ways to
import and use them.
1. Pre-cropped GoodNotes file / Sticker Book (.goodnotes),
2. Individual PNG files,
3. GoodNotes Elements file (.collection).
This applies whether you've purchased an individual sticker pack or if you're receiving bonus stickers
with your purchase.
Please see the previous page for how to download sticker files from Google Drive to your device.

PRE-CROPPED STICKERS / STICKER BOOK (.goodnotes)

Once you have imported the sticker book to GoodNotes, you can easily copy & paste your individual
stickers directly from the page.

1. Select the Lasso Tool from the menu and draw a rough circle anywhere on the sticker that you’d
like to use (It doesn’t have to be perfect!)
2. Tap inside the lasso-ed section and click Copy.
3. Open your digital planner and with the Lasso tool selected, tap where you’d like the sticker to be
placed.
5. Tap Paste from the pop-up menu.

INDIVIDUAL PNG FILES

High-quality PNGs may often come as compressed zip files due to their large file size. To unzip any Zip
files, simply tap it and the stickers will become visible. You can choose from two different methods to
import PNGs:

GOODNOTES ELEMENTS FILE “.collection”

You can import stickers directly to GoodNotes, creating an Elements collection in just seconds and
accessing your stickers anywhere. This tool allows you to save digital stickers, images, and drawings to
a collection.
Update GoodNotes to the latest version in order for the Elements Tool to appear in your toolbar.

1. Click the pen icon , then tap the Elements symbol and scroll all the way to the right.
2. Select the + icon. Click Import from...
3. Choose the .collection file.
“.collection” files cannot be shared or opened in GoodNotes directly from the Files app.
If you try this, you may encounter the ‘Unsupported File Type’ error.
Please note that after downloading the .collection file to your Files app, the file may still display a zip icon. This
happens because the iOS system does not recognize the .collection file format.

HOW TO USE ELEMENTS

To use your elements, tap the Elements symbol , select a collection from the scrollable list at the
bottom, and then tap on a sticker to insert it into your document.

QUICK TIP: You can separate the Elements Tool in another window (Split View), making it easier to drag and drop
stickers into your notes! To do this, tap Elements symbol and tap the small split window icon .

HOW TO RESIZE & ROTATE STICKERS

To adjust size and orientation, tap and hold the sticker until the options bar appears while using the
lasso tool and Click Edit to go into editing mode. You can then use the provided handles to resize
and rotate as needed. While in editing mode, you can crop your sticker by tapping on the top or right
side handles, or move or delete it as needed.

SHORTCUT ICONS

You can make new icons using the Shortcuts app on your device. It is a default app in iOS devices.

Planner icons often come in a zip file that contains individual PNGs. Once it is in your downloads folder, you can
simply tap on it once to unzip it. Select All and tap Share to Save to Images. You can see them now in your
photo album.

1. Open up the Shortcuts app, then tap + button to create new shortcut.
2. Locate your planner/notebook or type in the document name and select it.
3. Tap the ‘i’ icon and then select Add to Home Screen.
4. Name your shortcut and choose an icon.
5. When you are done, click Add.

Your planner shortcut has just been created! Now you can tap the icon to go directly to your planner.

COVERS

Most of our digital planners/journals come with a single PDF which contains all the cover options in one file.
From this single PDF file, you can easily copy and paste the cover pages into your planner or journal.

1. Share the PDF file to GoodNotes by clicking Open in GoodNotes or from the GoodNotes home screen, tap on
the + icon and select Import.
2. Choose the cover you like to add and tap • • • on the upper right corner and tap Copy Page.
3. Once you’ve copied the page, go back to your actual planner/journal.
4. Open up the thumbnail view and tap the arrow under the cover page.
5. Choose Add Page After and Paste Page. You can now delete the old cover. Enjoy the new look!
