Greetings!

The Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines Inc. (PCAP, Inc) and PCAP-IV COUNCIL in coordination with De
La Salle University-Dasmariñas’ College of Criminal Justice Education Student Government (CCJESG) and Olivarez College
Tagaytay- Criminology Department will be holding its 7th National Criminology, Forensic Science, and Industrial Security
Management Student Congress on November 25 to 27, 2024 at Tagaytay Country Club and Olivarez College Tagaytay, with
the theme “AENIGMA: Shaping Prodigies and Innovating Avenues in Pursuit of Justice”.

In this regard, we would like to cordially invite your Criminology, Forensic Science and Industrial Security Management Students
to join the Congress, as we take our part in providing opportunities for them to showcase their academic prowess, talents and
skills.

The highlights of this event are presented below with their corresponding registration and plenary fees:
Research Oral Presentation -Php 500 per presenter (max of 2 participants per school)
Research Poster Presentation -Php 400.00 per competitor (max of 2 participants per school)
Essay Writing Competition -Php 500 per competitor (max of 3 participants per school)
Debate Competition -Php 800.00 per team/ school (1 team with 5 members)
Extemporaneous Speech Competition -Php 400 per competitor (max of 2 participants per school)
Quiz Bee Per Program -Php 700 per team/ school (max of 2 teams per program)
*Criminology Program (1 team with 2 members)
* Forensic Science Program (1 team with 2 members)
* Industrial Security Program (1 team with 2 members)
Plenary on the 3rd day - Php 300 each participants
School Registration Fee - Php 1,000 per school/ college/ universities

Attached in this letter is the Official Registration Form of the event participants that should be emailed to us on or before
October 30, 2024 ONLY and accomplish atleast 50% of the registration fee.

At the same time we would like to ask to your school to send your President/Governor or head of the Student Council to attend in
first meeting for the presentation of Association of the Philippines Criminal Justice Education Students.
