i) The record of consumption and f'ate of the imported hazardous and other wastes
shall be maintained-
j) The hazardous and other waste which gets generated during recycling or reuse or
recovery or pre-processing or utilization of imported hazardous or other wastes
shall be treated and disposed of as per specilic conditions of authorization.
k) The importer or exporter shall bear the cost of import or export and mitigation of
damages if any.
l) An application for the renewal of an authorization shall be made as laid down
under these Rules.
m) Any other conditions for compliance as per the Guidelines issued by the
Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change or Central Pollution
Control Board lrom time to time.
n) Annual retum shall be liled b-v June 30th lbr the period ensuring 3lst March of
the year.

OTHER CONDITIONS OF AUTHORIZATION:

a) The waste generator shall be totally responsible for collection, storage.
encapsulation, incineration, treatment. transportation and ultimate disposal of
the wastes generated. The conditions stipulated in Annexure- I shall be
complied with.
b) Records of waste generation, its management and annual retum shall be
submitted to Guiarat Pollution control Board in Form - 4 by 30th day of June
of every year for the preceding period April to March'
c) In case of any accident. details of the same shall be submitted in Form -11 to
Gujarat Pollution Control Board.
d) As per ..Public Liability Insurance Act - 91 "company shall get Insurance Policy.
if applicable.
e) Empty drums and containers of toxic and hazards material shall be treated as per
Standard operating Procedure published by the central Pollution Control Board.

6.8 The applicant shall however, not without the prior consent to operate of the Board
bring into use any new or altered outlet lbr the discharge of effluent or gaseous
emission or sewage waste from the proposed industrial plant. The applicant is
required to make applications to this Board for this purpose in the prescribed forms
under the provisions of the Water Act -1974, the Air Act-1981 and the Environment
(Protection) Act-1986.
6.9 If it is established by any competenr authoriry- that the environmental damage is
caused due to their industrial activities to any person or his propert!' or ro
environment in that case they are obliged to pay the compensation as determined b.v
the competent authority.
6. l0ln case of any environment damage the owner of the landlpremises/lesser and
operator/ tenant/ lessee both shall be jointly and severally responsible.
