#RULES PER RANK#

These is the revised version of rules/duties per each rank. Please take somd time to read them
carefully. Thank you.

Newcomer (R1): New joiner, need to relocate hideout to guild hive coordinates ASAP.

Need also to change nickname and report to a Commander (R4) or General (R5).

Newcomers can participate in rallies and events.

Newcomers ARE NOT allowed to rally to other players.

If in 24h new joiner does not comply, he/she will be banned.

Soldiers (R2): Normal guild player with nickname and inside HQ borders. Player needs to be
active and keep attention for any new annoucements from Commanders, R4, or General R5.

Soldiers can participate in rallies and events.

Soldiers ARE NOT allowed to rally to other players.

If a player stays 24h offline without reporting, it will be demoted to R1.

If a player stays 48h offline without reporting, it will be banned from guild.

Officers (R3): Active and social player with a great amount of men/fire power (more than 3M).
These players have the duty to respond to guild wars and if commanders rally to other guilds
or for any ingame event.

If a player shows interest and one Commander R4 and General R5, believe he/she can be
promoted, even if he/she does not have yet at least 4M of power, he/she can be promoted
from R2 to R3.

During Event or Guild Wars, an Officer can be appointed by a Commander or by the General to
also set rallies.

If a player stays 24h offline without reporting, it will be demoted to R2.

If a player stays 48h offline without reporting, it will be banned from guild.

Commanders (R4): These players are the ones supporting General R5. There are 4 types of
Commanders: Warlord Commander, Taskmaster Commander, Overseer Commander, Doom
Commander.

Warlords - players that have the duty of rally team for guild war or ingame events. Their focus
is in War and leveling up the armies of the guild. If required they can assemble a War Council
ingame.

Taskmaster - players that have the duty to monitor and leveling up all technologies and buffs
from guild buildings. They also need to check the guild resources and guild store supplies and
keep track of players donations to guild and assist General in which technology to upgrade /
focus.

Overseers - players that have the duty to monitor the human resources from guild. They are
focused in recruiting and keeping order in guild chat and attend to any question/doubt new
players have. These players also help Commander Doom and General in managing all the guild.

Overseers will also act as diplomats and forge new alliances with other guilds. They have the
duty to seek and select potential allies and report them to the General for approval.

Doom - Only ONE player gets these rank and only General has the power to give it. Doom is the
right hand of General and he/she is his voice and will. These player supports fully the General
and helps him/her in managing all the guild.

All commanders can recruit and add/promote/demote players from R1 to R2 and vice versa.

ONLY Doom, Overseer Commanders and General can promote players to R3 and only General
can promotes to R4.

ONLY Doom and General can bann players from guild.

R4 - 48h offline - demotion to R3

If more 24h offline - bann from guild

BEST TROOPS AND TROOP FORMATIONS

Infantry = Shields

Hunters = Bows

Riders = Bikes

A good formula for troop amounts is as follows:

25% Infantry; 35% Riders; 40% Hunters

Also for Influencer Traps DO NOT use infantry. Only hunters and riders.

#GUILD CONDUCT#

1. You are part of NBD Guild. We succeed as a group, not as individuals. Self-centred and self-
absorbed attitudes are not helpful;

2. Guild Members are NOT allowed to attack each other unless they agree/plan for it;

3. Guild Members are NOT allowed to attack other guilds which have an alliance or Non
Agression Pact (NAP) with us (this includs ATTACKS and RECKONS on tiles (farming) and
settlements);

4. If a guild member with rank lower than R4 as a particular problem with any other guild
member, he/she must addres it privatly with an R4 or R5. It will NOT be tolerated any kind of
discussion/drama in guild chat ingame and in any Discord channel;

5. Any activity that will bring the guild's name into disrepute will NOT be tolerated;

6. Remember having written [NBD] prior your nickname means that you have some
responsibility for both yours and the guilds image no matter what rank you have in the guild.
Racism, sexual harassment or other uncouth behavioural attributes with the intent to harm
will NOT be tolerated and if you bring the image of [NBD] in a negative light you will be put to
a vote for instant bann.

Consequence/Penaltie:

Should you fail to comply with a single of these 6 rules, you will be putted on trial, as all
Commanders (R4) judging and General (R5) as chairman, which may result in you being
banned/exiled permanetly from guild and, in worse cases, putted the option of your
colony/settlement be burned.

#GUILD ENGAGEMENT RULES#

8.Guild Member's are REQUEST to join in Discord Channel to be updated regarding guild
information/guides/events, etc;

9. Only Commander (R4), General (R5) and possibly some Officers (R3) or Soldier (R2), if they
are appointed by a R4 or R5, can do rallies during Guild Events;

10. The Rally Leader is the boss. Follow their directions, and be quiet when they are speaking
on Discord;

11. Rallies are set for 5 MINUTES unless said otherwise;

12. Players are REQUESTED to monitor the ammount of troops sent to rallies (ask to Rally
Leader);

13. Guild member's must make a minimal weekly donation of resources (175.000) to improve
and rank up guild technologies;

#PROMOTION RULES#

A. When a new player joins the guild, he/she will stay in rank R1 during a period of avaluation
from the Commanders (R4) and General (R5). That period is a minimum of 3 days. During that
period, new player will be monitored for compliance with the following:

A.1. Donate daily to guild (minimum 100.000)

A.2. Being active (period offline not more than 24h)

A.3. Average participation on guild chat

A.4. Joining Guild rallies / Events

B. When a guild member is on Soldier rank (R2), he/she should comply with his/her rank rules
(see Rules per Rank). For being promoted to Officer (R3), Soldier will be constantly monitored
for compliance also with the following:

B.1.Donate Daily to guild (minimum 200.000)

B.2 Active participation on guild chat and Discord Server

B.3. Joining Guild rallies / Events

B.4. Being Active (period offline not more than 24h)

If Soldier (R2) complys with the above stated, he/she will be automatically promoted to Officer
(R3) by any Commander (R4) or General (R5);

C.When a guild member is on Officer rank (R3), he/she should comply with his/her rules (see
Rules per Rank). For being promoted to Commander (R4), Officer will be constantly monitored
for compliance also with the following:

C.1. Donate Daily to guild (minimum 300.000)

C.2. Active participation on guild chat and Discord Server

C.3. MUST join guild rallies during events or guild wars and MUST also be appointed,
sometimes, as a rally leader

C.4. Being Active (period offline not more than 24h)

If Officer (R3) complys with the above stated, he/she will be put to a debate/voting for
promotion taken care among the existing R4 and R5 as chairman. To pass the voting, at least
50% of the votes are required.
