‭idea submission form .‬

‭The Idea Submission Form‬‭is divided into three sections, and all questions in‬
‭these sections are mandatory to answer before submission‬

‭In this section, students must outline the problem they aim to solve. Start by selecting‬
‭the focus area and submission language. Describe the problem, its causes, where it‬
‭occurs, and who is affected.‬

‭Ⅶ . Process of Submitting & Approving Ideas‬
‭Approval Process for Guide Teachers‬

‭ nce students have completed all three sections, they can submit their ideas through‬

‭the Student Portal. After submission, the Guide Teacher must approve the ideas. Here’s‬
‭how the guide teacher can approve student team ideas:‬

‭●‬ ‭Step 1: Login to the Teacher Portal‬


‭○‬ ‭Click Teacher Login.‬
‭○‬ ‭Enter your registered email and password.‬
‭●‬ ‭Step 2: Navigate to Team Progress‬
‭Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard to find the Team Progress section.‬
‭●‬ ‭Step 3: Approve or Reject Ideas‬
‭Select the team whose idea needs review:‬
‭○‬ ‭Approve Idea: Approve if it meets expectations.‬
‭○‬ ‭Reject Idea: Provide feedback for students to refine and resubmit.‬
‭●‬ ‭Step 4: Post-Approval Actions‬
‭○‬ F ‭ or Students: Approved teams can complete the post-survey in the‬
‭Student Portal to download certificates.‬
‭○‬ ‭For Teachers: Ensure all student teams have submitted and had their‬
‭ideas approved to access the post-survey and download your certificate.‬
