Ⅰ . Steps to Ensure a Successful Idea Submission

team members and guide the teacher to finalize it.

useful for only 1 or 2 people.
Originality Idea should be new. I dea should not be submitted for any
other innovation challenges.
Problem-Solving I dea should solve a problem or I dea should not be a rule or

tudents are required to choose a theme that aligns best with their idea from the given

options. If the idea does not fit into any of the listed themes, students have the
flexibility to select the “Others” option.

Help people become financially secure and independent.
Examples: Teaching money skills, creating jobs, and promoting small businesses.

Build safe, adaptable, and future-ready communities.
Examples: Waste management, disaster planning, and smart infrastructure.

Protect traditions and promote creativity.

A prototype is a simple representation of your idea. It demonstrates the concept,
design, or functionality of your solution.

What to Include in Your Video:

The video should be between 3 to 5 minutes long.
Keep it concise while explaining your idea clearly.

Your idea can be submitted in any language you are comfortable with. Make sure your
explanation is clear and easy to understand.

Ⅵ. How to Submit Student Idea on Portal :

idea submission form .
The Idea Submission Formis divided into three sections, and all questions in
these sections are mandatory to answer before submission

Guidelines for Completing Section 2:

● Highlight what makes your idea unique and practical.
● Make sure your description is easy to understand and covers all important
details.

Upload a clear photograph of the prototype or a descriptive word document
explaining the idea.

Share a video where students explain their idea.
The video can be submitted as:

Ⅶ . Process of Submitting & Approving Ideas
Approval Process for Guide Teachers
nce students have completed all three sections, they can submit their ideas through

the Student Portal. After submission, the Guide Teacher must approve the ideas. Here’s
how the guide teacher can approve student team ideas:
