LOCAL TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
1. Aircrafts with a wingspan of 38m and above must be directed to Passenger Terminal.
2. Aircrafts with less than 38m of wingspan may be directed to the HOTEL or ECHO ramps.
3. If runway 04 in use, B6 is in use for departing aircrafts, B2 and B3 is in use for arriving aircrafts.
4. If runway 22 in use, B1 is in use for departing aircrafts, B4 and B5 is in use for arriving aircrafts.
5. Statement LTR 3 and 4 may be overridden by Air Traffic Controllers when necessary.
6. One engine operation is only available with prior permission from ATC.
7. Aircrafts stationed at passenger terminal may only start the engine not facing towards the
terminal (left engine).
8. Propeller aircrafts may take B5 for departure when RWY 04 is in use, when RWY 22 in use,
departing propeller aircrafts may take B2 for departure.
9. Aircrafts under VFR may only take right hand traffic circuit if RWY 22 in use.
10. Aircrafts under VFR may only take left hand traffic circuit if RWY 04 in use.
FLIGHT PROCEDURES
1. When no SID/STAR, expect radar vectors and an MSA of 1360’/2200’.
2. All aircraft under FL100 must maintain 250kts or below.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. Radar provides ground speed instead of TAS/IAS, ask for IAS on designated aircraft.
