Responsibilities include providing strategic guidance to the product team, and system architects, building
high solution design across various business processes inclusive of Procure to Pay, Customer to Cash,
Record to Report, and Master data management.
Responsible for bringing innovative solutions to business processes by continuously researching ERP
products in the market that provide go forward path for the consumer and product industry.
Responsible for aligning various business and IT teams to conduct workshops across various compass
sectors such as Eurest, CHE, Canteen, etc…
Responsible for architecting S/4 HANA solutions that integrate with non-SAP products – current ERP
systems JD Edwards and other home owned legacy systems per sector and region.
Responsible for building IT architecture and acting as a governing body for an End-to-end implementation
of various SAP and non-SAP products.
Acting as a liaison between business and IT teams and providing strategic direction to system Architects,
Data Architects, UX/UI Architects, and Product Owners.
Conducted Workshops for Procure to Pay processes in S/4 HANA implementation - Purchase Requisition,
Purchase Order, Returns processes, Release Strategy /Flexible workflow for PR and PO, and Dassian
Solution implementation for both PR and PO.
Responsible for Client Management onsite and coordinating all cross-functional solution design across
various teams involving Boeing IT and the Business team.
Responsible for solution design across all Procure to Pay Business Requirements inclusive of designing the
Inbound and Outbound Interfaces between various legacy systems and other External applications such as
Exostar, EPIC, and other Legacy applications (48 applications)
Integration Lead/Solution Architect for all Key interfaces in this project including Purchase Order
Outbound Interface to various external systems such as Exostar, Purchase Requisition Inbound /Outbound
Interface, Contract Inbound /Outbound Interfaces and designing the solution to integrate with Dassian
Solutions as per Business Requirements.
Led the solution design for various Business requirements around Purchase orders and purchase
requisition Enhancements and contract enhancements to address complex business requirements and
worked on configuration/Enhancements - integration with other modules such as FI, CO, and IM.
Configuring the Procure to Pay (PTP)solutions in S/4 HANA On-premises system – End to End Design –
from Creation of PR through Interface, PO Outbound Interfaces, Posting Goods receipts and Returns
process and configured custom Fiori tiles, Flexible workflow for PR and PO approval.
Led solution design discussions for one of the most complex business scenarios in converting Legacy
systems to S/4 HANA applications and provided a robust and flexible solution for Returns processes with
minimal disturbance to existing business processes.
Developing Functional specification, configuration design document, Solution design document, test plan,
and testing documentation for all Enhancements that have been worked upon from my side.

Coordinating with the Organization Change Management team from the Client side and helping them
prepare the training documentation and user guides for respective enhancements.
Worked with the MDG team in creating and transferring Material Master and Business Partners from
MDG to S4 HANA.
Worked on Configuring the Intercompany and Intracompany processes across various Boeing
Organizations to facilitate the Procure to Pay process Integrating with Logistics Execution and OTC (Order
to Cash).
Worked with I2P (Invoice to Pay) team to incorporate invoice approval through VIM (Vendor Invoice
Management) portal and acted as a Buyer in various levels of procurement scenarios to validate the End-
to-End testing.
Worked on Integration with various 3PL systems as SDF (Supplier Delivery Follow-up) and 4PL delivery
transactions Interface through Legacy systems and BIVS (Boeing Invoice System)
Mentored all junior consultants in SAP solution design, writing specs for Enhancements and client
management.
Managed one of the most challenging clients in the project and integrated with other parallel SAP
Implementations across various projects within Client’s IT framework.
Applauded and received the Running shoes award (Over and above commitments) - Star

Responsible for support tickets across Supply chain solutions for Level 1 and Level 2 within the AMS
(Application Management Services) team for SCM applications on the S/4 HANA platform involving
Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC), Warehouse Management(WM), Extended Warehouse
Management (EWM)
Managed the company-wide Strategic initiative - Learning and development across AMS team from SAP
SCM perspective – S/4 HANA 2020 – Procure to Pay (PTP), IBP (Integrated Business Planning), aATP,
Delivery and Transportation, Extended Warehouse Management and Warehouse Management on Cloud.
Managed the SAP/Tracelink Interfaces for Client: Patterson companies for all SCM business processes such
as Procure to Pay (PTP) processes, Inbound shipments, outbound shipments, inventory management, and
Master data such as Material Master, Customer Master, Purchasing Info Record (PIR), Bill of Materials
(BOM), Business Partner (BP).
Responsible for Extended Warehouse Management/Transportation Management tickets and change
requests at all levels of support. Supported EWM Add on for one of the Consumer products clients.
SAP Extended Warehouse Management:
o Worked on Inbound, Outbound delivery processes and inventory control. Supported
maintenance tickets related to RF and mobile integration with SAP EWM within S/4 HANA-
embedded EWM.
o Supported Quarantine process – Add on for Consumer products from SAP Extended Warehouse
Management using RF queue Management processes.

o Supported Allergen Class – Material classification identification from Warehouse products for a
food Industry client.
o Worked on Customer demo and Implementation of Extended Warehouse Management in line
with S/4 HANA Embedded system involving Pick by Cart App, Inbound and Outbound deliveries
App, and Goods movements app.
Designed a comprehensive reverse logistics model by partnering with third-party reverse logistics provider
Genco (a FedEx company).
Delivered regulatory projects to ensure HD Smith’s compliance with FDA/DEA regulations
o Architected a comprehensive Controlled Substance monitoring program that heavily integrates
with SAP SD order management processes.
o Designed complex interfaces between SAP WM/IM and TraceLink applications to comply with
lot-level traceability and serial number traceability law requirements.
Led Home Depot distribution centers MHE applications server upgrade project and associated SAP WM
