Job Description: Fresher UI/UX Designer

Position: UI/UX Designer (Fresher)

Location: Gurgaon

Employment Type: On Contract

Experience: 0-1 year (Fresher)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative UI/UX Designer to join
our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating
engaging and intuitive user experiences across digital platforms. You will
work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to
bring innovative ideas to life and ensure a seamless user experience for
our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting user research, analyzing data, and gathering insights


to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design ideas.


Collaborate with team members to iterate on designs.

Design visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for websites, web apps,


and mobile apps that align with the brand identity.

Develop intuitive user flows, site maps, and information architecture to


optimize user experience.

Work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to


ensure the design vision is accurately translated into a functional product.

Participate in usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and refine


designs based on user input.

Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX
design and apply them to projects.

Skills & Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or
a related field (or relevant work experience).

Design Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma,


Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Communication: Good communication skills with the ability to explain


design concepts clearly and collaborate with team members.

Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing design projects, including wireframes,


prototypes, and final designs (student projects or internships accepted).

Nice to Have:

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing..
