Today we will learn about prepositions of place and


movement:
- Prepositions of Place: on, in, under, next to, between,
behind.
- Prepositions of Movement: to, into, across, through,
out of.
We'll practice through fun activities, games, and a map
exercise!
PREPOSITIONS OF PLACE

Examples:
- The book is on the table.
- The cat is under the chair.
- The dog is between the boxes.

REMEMBER
- 'On' significa sobre una superficie.
- 'Under' significa debajo de algo.
- 'Between' es en el medio de dos objetos.
PREPOSITIONS OF MOVEMENT
Examples:
- He is running into the room.
- She walked across the street.
- The ball rolled through the tunnel.

Puntos clave:
- "Into" indica entrar en un espacio.
- "Across" muestra movimiento de un lado a otro.
- "Through" describe el movimiento dentro de un
espacio cerrado.
PRACTICE ACTIVITY
1. Fill in the blanks with the correct preposition:

GAME: “WHERE IS IT?”
Instructions:

prepositions of place.
- Your partner guesses the location

Example:
- It’s under the chair and next to the blue box.
