Subject: Request for Replacement of Laptops and Projector Support to Establish a Computer Lab
Dear Ms.,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to inform you about the current condition
of the devices in our computer lab at the Banasree Campus. As part of our continuous effort to
provide quality education, particularly in the field of programming, I have noticed that the existing
laptops are outdated and no longer meet the requirements for effectively conducting Python classes
and other computational activities.
To ensure that students can engage in hands-on learning experiences and stay up to date with
technological advancements, I kindly request the replacement of 5 laptops with projector support
to establish a fully functioning computer lab. The proposed specifications for the new laptops are
as follows:
• Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher
• 8GB RAM (expandable to 16GB)
• 256GB SSD storage
• Full HD display with HDMI support for projector compatibility
• Pre-installed with Python and related software
These upgrades will significantly enhance the learning environment and allow students to
develop practical programming skills in line with modern standards.
I would greatly appreciate your prompt consideration of this request. Your support in upgrading
the equipment will contribute to the academic success of our students.
