STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM

I acknowledge that TIMES Consultant (Pvt.) Ltd & SIEC Education (hereafter referred to as the 'Company') will
provide admission and visa-related services to me based on the following Package and Terms.
1. Upon registration, any application fee paid is non-refundable by the institute.
2. Before making any payment or finalizing an institute, I must ensure my chosen institution abroad is genuine and the
best option for me.
3. The company cannot guarantee scholarships, admissions, or visa approval, as these decisions are solely made by
the relevant institute or embassy. The company assists in decision-making based on professional experience and
available information.
4. The company is not responsible for visa refusal, loss due to changes in admission or visa processes, the institution's
legal status, or technical issues during the process.
5. I am responsible for checking visa forms for accuracy, completeness, and the inclusion of all necessary documents.
6. The company is not involved in monetary matters, such as receiving or refunding tuition/visa fees. Students must
directly pay these amounts to relevant authorities.
7. While the company can assist in the tuition fee refund process, students must be aware of refund policies,
deductions, processing times, and correspond with the university.
8. Times Consultant reserves the right to withdraw your case and cease providing refund assistance if you fail to
actively participate in the interview preparation process, as non-compliance may negatively impact the
company's reputation.
9. The company's employees will not provide further services, including tuition fee refunds, if my visa is refused due to
false information or documents.
10. The company's responsibility ends upon successful admission and visa approval, and it will not be involved in
further educational or institute matters.
11. The company is authorized to hold my documents/passport for admission and visa purposes, following embassy
requirements.
12. The company is authorized to represent me on all matters related to admissions and interactions with universities,
embassies, consulates, and high commissions.
13. I consent to the company keeping my records in line with their Data Protection Policy.
14. If I provide additional information after submitting the registration form, I acknowledge that the Company is not
liable for damages, loss, or cancellation of my application/visa process due to the late inclusion of such information.
