User Manual

IR- RBMS
Official app to raise Residential & Service Building Complaints.
(Integrated with IR-BSIS Application)

How to Install on Android Phone (Through Occupant’s HRMS ID only)
Important: This app must be downloaded only on the mobile phone having mobile no. registered in IR-BSIS.

How to Install on iPhone: (Through Occupant’s HRMS ID only)

a) After logging in the BSIS portal, click on “RBMS-App” link.

Note: For more information on how to get app link, kindly check Appendix-II of this manual, provided below.

b) Click on “Generate iPhone link” to generate a unique link for your login.

c) Scan QR code using your iPhone and click on appeared link/button. App will get downloaded automatically.

Note:
1. This link is unique for each user and valid for download in one iPhone only.
2. In case a user is unable to install by using this unique link, then he/she must contact CRIS to re-generate this link.
Login
a) Users can login using their HRMS id and its corresponding password.
b) I) For Android phones:

User will have to wait until an OTP is received on their registered mobile number (registered in the BSIS portal), which shall
be automatically verified.

II) For iOS based Phone:

Users will have to wait until an OTP is received on their registered mobile number (registered in the BSIS portal), after which the
user has to enter the OTP maually and click on “Verify OTP” button.

NNote: If any occupant faces issue with the login process, kindly refer to the Appendix-I of this manual, provided below.

Steps for using IR-RBMS app

Steps Activities Remarks

Step-1 Complaint Registration Residential as well as Service


Building complaints can be raised.

Step-2 Complaint Tracking Raised complaints can be tracked


as ‘Open’ or ‘Closed’ complaints.

Step-3 Feedback Feedback rating can be provided


to the ‘Closed’ complaints.
Step-1: Complaint Registration

In order to raise a complaint, a user can eiher click on the ‘Raise Complaint’ tab in the center of the screen or the
‘Raise’ button provided below, in the app task-bar.

On doing so, a new page will appear, through which the occupant can lodge complaints either for ‘Residential
Quarters’ or ‘Service Building (Other than Residential Quarter)’ and click on ‘Proceed’ button.

Note: Occupants must choose Residential Quarters or Service Building option carefully.
Service Buildings complaints should not be raised as Residential complaints and vice-versa.
A. Lodging Residential Complaints:

Once a ‘Residential’ complaint is raised, following selections will be available to the occupant:

On successfully registering a complaint, a ‘Complaint Registration Slip’ will be generated, with the details of the
lodged complaint.

B. Lodging Service Building Complaints:

Service-User has to fill following details as asked on the screen below:

Note: i. Service Building data will only be populated if the service building assets data had been entered into the system, by the IoW.
ii. In case the service building details are not available in the drop-down, users may kindly contact the concerned IoW.
On successfully registering a complaint, a ‘Complaint Registration Slip’ will be generated, with the details of the
lodged complaint.

Appendix-I
I Conditions for login:
Only Indian Railway employee satisfying the following conditions can login:

I. User must possess valid HRMS ID.


II. User must be an authorized allottee of Railways’ quarter.
III. User's occupation must be registered in IR-BSIS by the respective SSE/Works (IoW).
IV. Once the SSE/Works (IoW) has registered the HRMS ID of the allottee, the allottee can use his/her
HRMSID to login.
V. User will receive an OTP on the mobile no. registered with HRMS. Use the OTP to login.

II. If a user’s HRMS ID is not registered, kindly approach the SSE/Works (IoW) of your colony to register
your quarter occupation.
III. For Registration of quarter occupation, user's HRMS ID must be in confirmed ('ACCEPTED') mode.

If not, kindly get your HRMSID confirmed as ’Accepted’ by the Personnel dept.

IV. SSE/Works (IoW) shall register the quarter occupation of the user against his quarter and HRMS ID
and will feed details of allottee and date of occupation.
V. Once the SSE/Works (IoW) had registered the HRMSID of the allottee, the allotte may use their HRMS
ID to login.
Appendix-II
To download IR-RBMS app through IR-BSIS portal, users have to follow below steps:

1. Go to the address bar of the browser and type:

2. IR-BSIS login-page will open (Management Login), users may go to HRMS Login and download app
link from there.
