Pets:
We do not allow pets at the property.

Laundry:
Laundry services are available and charged separately.

Transportation:
Reliable transportation by SUV/MUV/Sedan can be organised and will be charged separately.

We do not offer Wi-Fi & TV. However, 4G connectivity from Jio & Airtel works well in the area.

Booking Reservation & Confirmation:


50% advance payment to be paid to secure a reservation and the balance 50% payment to be made a fortnight
before check-in date.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations should be done before 30 Days hours prior to the day of arrival to be exempted from the
cancellation charges, after 30th day to 15th day 50% amount of complete reservation will be charged. And after
15 days complete amount will be charged as retention.
If the Stay booked by you is inaccessible due to natural calamities like floods, landslides, and heavy snowfall,
we will issue a transferable credit note for the total booking amount which will be valid for a year from the date
of your booking date. This credit is valid for use against a future booking at the same property.

The hotel is nestled in the heart (lap) of nature at its pristine best engulfed by towering coniferous trees. A 400
metre walk to the property from the car park is a welcome change from a tiresome 6-hour drive to Sangla. The
chance to breathe in the crisp mountain air and stretch those weary legs is just what one looks forward to … a
prelude to a relaxing holiday!
This enchanting pathway runs alongside the Baspa River, where you can hear the rippling sounds of the flowing
river, which acts as a music to the ears, we believe in keeping up with the zen of our surroundings and hence
do not provide facilities like TV’s or WIFI and encourage our guests to bask in the glory of the great outdoors !
Our sumptuous meals are served as buffets in our dining room. We do not offer room service, encouraging our
guests to be up & about and mingle! P.S.: Please do inform us prior to your stay of any food allergies to avoid
any inconvenience to you. Our water supply has been sourced from an elevation of 11000 feet, where the natural
spring water is enriched with minerals! The drinking water is filtered and there is a provision for bottled water
as well.
Due to occasional power-cuts we request our guests to bear with us as given our location the provision of a
gen-set was an impossible task! Torches and solar charged lights are adequately provided.
Only lending an old-world charm to the ambiance of the property!!
