We, the third year students, currently enrolled at Central Bicol State University of Agriculture – Sipocot
Campus and undertaking study entitled “Physical Characteristics and Performance Yield of
Nipahol (Nypa fruticans) in Different Topographical Locations”. The said research aims to
evaluate the yield performance and physical characteristics of Nipahol. The researcher will perform an
analysis of the sample through conducting distillation, we found that your laboratory is well
established, best equipped, and suitable for our research.

In view of the foregoing, may we request from your good office permission to utilize the laboratory
facilities, apparatus, and materials to gather and collect the data and information needed in our study.
Moreover, may we ask for the guidance of state the name during the processing of our sample. This
help in our study is pivotal in its success.

Rest assured that the study will be conducted ethically and professionally and that the ordinance and
regulations of your campus will be followed. The results of this study will be used for academic
purposes only and will be hold with utmost confidentiality.
