The Contractor refers to Sub-Clause 2.4 [Employer’s Financial Arrangements] of


the Contract and requests that the Employer provide reasonable evidence that
financial arrangements have been made and are being maintained to ensure the
Employer’s ability to pay the Contract Price as estimated at this time, in
accordance with Clause 14 [Contract Price and Payment].

The Contractor appreciates the Employer’s prompt response to this request and
looks forward to receiving the required documentation within the next 28 days, as
stipulated by the Contract.

immediate notification should there be any significant changes that might impact
the Employer's ability to fulfill its payment obligations under the Contract.
