Hello, welcome to our CRM Famisanar

In this Manual you will find detailed instructions to develop each of the basic Records in the CRM
tool to file your commercial management; it is important to clarify that to enter the data into the
platform it is recommended that you follow the following steps:

1) Register Contact details:


Contact registration refers to customer data, so you must have the customer's complete data to
complete the registration. In the event that, after communicating with the client, the client indicates
that he or she does not have his or her own email address or cannot provide us with the details of
a family member, the client must register with the following wildcard email address, on which you
must change the client's first and last name. The email address we will use is:
[email protected].

2) Add companies to this contact:


From the Contact record in the right panel you can access the option to add a company.
Remember to follow the steps you will find in this manual to register the company in which our
client works. The cases in which it will not be necessary to add a company registration will be the
independent ones.

3) Add businesses to this contact:


Also from the Contact record in the panel on the right, enter the business option, follow the steps
you will find in this manual to register business done with the contact. Please note that if you want
to register a business with the company, for example the opening of a Collective, in that case, the
Business registration must be done from the Company Registry with which you want to open the

Collective. It is important to clarify that all businesses must have at least one contact or a
company report to validate the authenticity of the business registration.

Remember:
The data you report in the CRM is mandatory and it is your responsibility to record real data and,
if possible, ensure that it is valid data.

This is the first registration you must complete on the platform. Please take into account the
following steps:

To register companies, it is important that you take into account the three possibilities of creating or
assigning a company from the Contact record, for this keep in mind:

a) You can assign a company from the Contact Record via the client's corporate email, like
this:

common personal email addresses are gmail.com, outlook.com or yahoo.com. However, in the corporate context, it is almost essential
