INTRODUCTION
Excel uses a grid layout of rows and columns, where each cell can contain text, numbers,
or formulas. Excel allows you to perform calculations using formulas and a wide range
of built-in functions. Formulas start with an equal sign (=) and can reference other cells
or perform mathematical operations. You can sort, filter, and analyze data using Excel's
features. Pivot tables and pivot charts are powerful tools for summarizing and visualizing
large datasets. Excel offers various chart types to represent data visually. You can create
bar charts, line graphs, pie charts, and more to help understand and communicate your
data.
Excel is commonly used for tasks such as financial analysis, budgeting, project
management, data tracking, and reporting. It's a versatile tool that can be customized to
meet a wide range of business and personal data management needs.

TASK 1 QUESTION 1
According to the task 1 given , I use a formulas which is SUM, AVERAGE, MIN
AND MAX to get the answer. However, I learned how to using the formulas given
in Excel , for me it was easier to create the numbers using the formulas. The SUM
we need to put "=" first and SUM and also ( ) to get the answer. For AVERAGE
we need to put "=" and Average and ( ) too. Next for the third one is MAX which
there need to put "=" and MAX then ( ) and the last one is MIN, its also has a
similar ways to calculate which is by putting the "=" and MIN and ( ) too. The
next part which I create a 3-D Bar Graph according to the BROTHERS and 3-D
Column Graph according to the SISTERS.

TASK 2 QUESTION 1
This worksheet is shown below to record student performance in the students' list.
There are 20 students on the students' list with their marks from five quizzes in
BAHASA MELAYU. To Calculate the total number of five quizzes from 150% for
each student, we used the “SUM” formula. For example, the quiz marks of Marsha
Milan were Q1=25 (C3), Q2=10 (D3), Q3=33 (E3), Q4=7 (F3), and Q5=44 (G3).
Then, we started calculating using the “SUM” formula [ =SUM (C3:G3)], then we
got a total is 119. Then the following calculation total was used the in same formula
shown above.
The following calculation is the percentage (100%) from the five quizzes. This
calculation uses the formula of the Total Marks from the five quizzes then divided
into 150 and multiplied by 100 [ (Total Marks/150)*100 ]. For example, with
calculating the percentage of Marsha Milan. First, we use the total of Marsha
Milan, which will be shown as [ (119/150)*100 ] = 79.3333.

TASK 2 QUESTION 1
With create a bar chart for student performance based on Bahasa Melayu subject.
First, we have to highlight the names of the 20 students and their five-quiz marks.
After that go to “INSERT” and find the part of “CHART”, then click the first
from the 3D- bar. Then the bar chart will show as below.
By finding the SUM, AVERAGE, MAXIMUM, and MINIMUM values from the
total of all calculations, the easy and direct solution is to use the “autosum”
formula that was prepared on the FUNCTION LIBRARY. Additionally, there are
other formulas to calculate the SUM, AVERAGE, MAXIMUM, and MINIMUM
values. For example, to calculate the “SUM” from the total of quiz 1 of 20 students,
we should type [ =SUM(C3:C23) ] and then will get the total, of 416. To calculate
the “AVERAGE” from the total of quiz 1 of 20 students, we should type
[ =AVERAGE(C3:C23) ] and then get the total of 20.8. To calculate the
“MAXIMUM” from the total of quiz 1 of 20 students, we should type
[ =MAX(C3:C23) ] and then get the total of 30. To calculate the “MINIMUM”
from the total of quiz 1 of 20 students, we should type [ =MIN(C3:C23) ] and then
will get the total of 6.

TASK 2 QUESTION 2
To complete the task given, I use some formulas. For the question "a" to calculate
the total price, I had to multiply the price for each product with quantity. Next to
find the price per unit, I had to divide the total price by quantity. In order to find
the quantity I had to use divide the total price by the price for each unit. "B"
question where I need to find Sum, Average, Maximum and also Minimum. To
complete this part I used the formulas that were prepared in Excel.
From task 2, we have learned how to use the formula in EXCEL to solve the
calculation problem. We can clearly know the functions of SUM, AVERAGE,
MAXIMUM, and MINIMUM. In addition, we also learned how to create a bar
chart, if we want to create one for specific data.

CONCLUSION
In conclusion, excel serves as an indispensable tool for individuals and professionals alike,
offering a vast array of capabilities for data manipulation, visualization, and analysis. Its
user-friendly interface, coupled with powerful functions and formulas, empowers users
to efficiently manage information, make data-driven decisions, and streamline complex
tasks. With excel's enduring significance across diverse fields, from finance to academia,
it remains a cornerstone application for boosting productivity and enhancing data-driven
decision-making. Embracing excel's potential can prove to be a valuable asset in
navigating the ever-evolving landscape of data and information management. Microsoft
excel is a program that gets mainly used for calculations and data entry. It is immensely
essential that one acquires relevant knowledge on the basics of the program before settling
down to use it. This helps to avoid mistakes and hence feeding or retrieving the wrong
information. It also calls for a lot of seriousness and cares to avoid mistakes that could
lead to distortion of the required information.
