Barangay Hall.

The meeting is opened by the BDRRMC chairman JESUS G. SUNGA and said that the 2024 Barangay
BDRRM Fund be planned/programmed by the BDRRMC as mandated by RA 10121. He informed the
members that the proposed suggested utilization of the DRRM Funds is as follows with the following
breakdowns, to wit:

For the 70%, it should be divided as;


20% for the BHERT training/ seminar and drills for BDRRM members
25% for the monitor disaster affected families due to flooding/earthquake
& other covid related.
30% for the purchased of food supplies
15%, it should be allocated for non – food items supplies/PPE’s
10% Purchasing of Medicine Supplies
For the 30% it should be allocated for food, medicines and non food items and be spent
Upon declaration of calamity by LGU.

BDRRMC members approved the proposed financial plan/utilization.

Kag. Godofredo R. Baal suggested for a passage of a resolution endorsing the proposed financial
plan/utilization of the 2025 5% local BDRRM Fund.

Since there were no more matters to be discussed the meeting ended at 6:00pm.
