Global Demography How can technology and interventions in

development offset the pressures of population
growth?
Answer:
The social changes such as innovation of
different technological material helps
community to demonstrate to all woman on
reducing the number of children in the family.
Therefore, maybe the technology is the answer
of rapid increasing of human in the community.
Some viewpoints like other environmentalists
states that trends like technology will ensure the
future of each person to be more productive and
comfortable life. Technology helps economic
development by increasing the supply of human
needs through rapid increasing of population.
Worldwide development like economic
advancement is the key to improve the effects of
population growth across.

Under what circumstance is rapid population

growth beneficial to societies?
Answer:
Rapid population growth is beneficial to the
society in terms of economic benefits by tax
expansion and increasing consumer who used
local products at local businesses offered.
Despite of this help to the society, the shift in the
population from rural to urban areas lead on the
disparities of income from the both side.
Showing a larger population increased will not
guarantee a success for everyone especially to
the society. Population growth also increases the
density with rural-urban migration which creates
higher urban agglomeration. Allowing
innovation and increasing economical
production can affect on achieving sustained
population growth. Rapid population growth
also benefited to the families especially if they
 are depended on the culture and each member of
family are expected to the contribution of their
resources which means more children, more
wealth. It is also a great opponent to resolve the
burden the resources of the community. It serves
as a response to a growing population.
Global Migration Why is migrant integration a challenging issue
for states?
Answer:
Migrant integration is a challenging issue
because it is critical to meet the successful
integration due to the economic integration and
stable housing is essential to the migrants to live
in other countries. Being accepted as a member
of the society is a great case and a particular
requirement varying greatly from country to
country. Integration cuts across different various
aspects and policies of migrant lives including
how migrant personalities are integrating into
the social, political and different discrimination
they faced until being accepted to the
community. Consideration of the rights and
obligations of the migrants to access different
services offers for the applicant/ migrants that
bind to their relationship to the host of the
community. When a migrant reach the
destination they often face difficulties in
accessing health care, housing and employment.
Migrant integration is a challenging issue for the
states because migrants can become an easy
target for extortion and abuse where they are
bound to live.
Environmental Crisis and Sustainable What are the major environmental problems
Development Filipinos are exposed to? How are these
problems global? What can you do to help solve
these problems?
Answer:
Filipinos facing the major environmental
problems including loss in agricultural lands,
deforestation, pollution and illegal disposal.
Everything that can affect the surroundings and
organism are also referred to environment. The
environmental problems mentioned above are
the planet facing today as a severe
environmental crisis that is not just affects one
country but a whole nation. This current
happenings caused disasters and environmental
tragedies such as typhoon and earthquake and
calls the attention of the government authorities
to seek appropriate laws to overcome this
challenges. As a Filipino, all I can do is to make
people aware to use natural resources to protect
the mother earth in order to show how it can
affects sustainable development. Discovering a
project that can help the environment is also a
proper action to meet the needs of our future
world without compromising the ability of future
generations.
TASK 2: ESSAY
A. What is global citizenship?
Answer:
One of the simple basis of being a global citizen is being aware in the community
and responsibility for the actions that can affect other members of the society. The most
significant role of this topic is begins through the creation of United Nation in 1945. As a
global citizen, we need to contribute on delivering actions as a whole to make a world
much better. We have a different understanding on defining global citizenship but it all
comes to the same thing which is being part of community in each global levels. As I can
say, global citizenship is a broad topic and concept therefore we have different emphasis
to the terms that will depend on how we used it. In practicing global citizenship is
through engaging in local or global issues with different beliefs in local settings. A global
citizen can take an active role to the community with the help of others to make our
world more equal and sustainable by building own understanding to global events. To be
more specific, being a global citizen believe that they can make a difference for the
world's future. They tend to act fairly in actions, decisions, and also for the words that
they let other people heard from them. Global citizenship exists at various levels which
has no single identifiable institutional framework moreover it seeks to expand it's scope
in our new world order that can affect decision making process and other basic aspects in
the community of other people's lives. Understanding global citizenship is not an
additional work to do but a responsibility to reach beyond to the wider community. It has
so many benefits especially to the younger generation for them to see positive changes
that they intend to learned by using own voice to inspire other people to secure world for
everyone.

B. What are the qualities of a global citizen?

Answer:
Global citizenship is not focusing to oneself but also trying to understand other
people's capabilities and having an empathy for them. As global citizen, we need ensure
to listen to others view to the global changes and have a fair decision plus great to make
life much better. Also, take the learning of the real world to develop self awareness on
what contribution you will to be done on protecting the voices of other people. There are
so many ways to be a global citizen. First, be inspired to discover cultures of other places
that can keep you motivated on learning and integrating yourself with passion on your
work. Second, educating yourself is a number one based on building own knowledge on
community services. Being creative is a helpful way through leadership can make a lot of
changes in the community. Third, be informed by reading different papers that pay
attention to local and international updated that can sharpen a globally-minded person. It
will surely increase the exposure on different global trends. Fourth, seek opportunities
and experiences to succeed to ongoing plan on deepening the understanding and
integration. Lastly, develop your abilities as a leader involving different cultural
environment with different options on handling other personalities. Let an interests guide
you to equipped global skills much better. It is a great component to become a global
citizen successfully. Being a resourceful can help getting over the hurdles to be quite
good on different learning ideas on becoming part of the community challenges.

C. What are some of the ethical obligations of a global citizen and how does following
them help you contribute to the world? Give concrete examples to illustrate the
contribution.
Answer:
Global citizens have an obligations such as having a potential value in education
to prepare other people to face the issues in the global world by providing ethical
concepts including respect and cooperation to create a global ethical society. To become
a responsible global citizenship, a person should be aware in the global issues and inform
others with ones choices and thoughts by reading documentaries and news regarding the
current issues of the society. Second, a person should put a great compassion into
different ways that can help others and serves to everyone including on practicing to be a
volunteer that are benefited to the world. In other words, the obligation of a global citizen
is to informed compassion in action by making a efforts to help and seek the global issues
with sensitivity in each action by changing our world into something new.
It is an eye opener for me to become more a globally competitive by giving a
great effort into my study that will help the future generation as a future educator. It
made sense in a way that I should be more sensitive in my action and thoughts being
shared to anyone. My efforts on performing as a volunteer in a community is the first step
to become a responsible global citizen. To live with a sense of global responsibility is to
seek and understand by embracing the world with a joy to make it better, so let’s take it
closer to our lives to clear the picture of a global world. Awareness is the only cure for
ignorance. To make our world better, I can try to look around and seek the beauty and the
bad side that fills the world through developing my sense of appreciating each
differences.
