development and to ensure the safe and timely completion of planned
and reactive maintenance of the Building Management System.

 Provide expert knowledge, guidance, and leadership in the


development of the BMS.

 2 Lead and direct internal staff and contractors in the planned,


preventative, and reactive maintenance of the BMS and any system or
software upgrades.

 3 Complete fault diagnosis and rectification on the whole range of


BMS equipment.

 4 Identify potential systems software and hardware issues that may


lead to unnecessary failure of services, thereby minimizing risk,
disruption and inconvenience to building users. Also checked CCTV
equipment in the shared services area of observation to help detect
and deter crime and anti-social behavior and provide high quality
evidence to allow enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute
offenders.

 5 Keep abreast of technical developments particularly associated


with new technology in building engineering services and building
management and in all aspects of the mechanical and electrical
disciplines and to contribute to departmental engineering policies.

 6 Train Maintenance Teams, Heating Engineers, trades and other staff

extinguisher(s), and everyone should know where the nearest one
used and its mandatory have it in all commercial and residential
properties.

 Types of Fire Extinguisher used and trained to teams are;

CO2 -Fire Extinguishers are mainly aimed at electrical fires but


are also suitable for Class B liquid fires and are used in different
ways depending on the type of fire they are being used on. When the
extinguisher is activated in case of a fire, the nitrogen from the cartridge combines
with water in the container. This mixture is then broken down into a fine mist of 54
microns in the mist generator nozzle. When it meets a fire, this fine Water mist turns
into steam that cools the area and kills the fire. Without causing any collateral
damage to your machinery or the Earth.

"ABC"-fire extinguishers are filled with a fine yellow powder. The


greatest portion of this powder is composed of monoammonium
phosphate. Nitrogen is used to pressurize the extinguishers.

“DCP” -4KG & 6KG Contains out fire by coating the fuel with a
thin layer of dust, separating the fuel from the oxygen in the air.
