o Registration Identification Plate (made of fireproof material),
o Aircraft Data Plate (Manufacturer’s Data Plate),
o Engine Data Plate,
o Propeller Data Plate

(Kindly include copy of current insurance policy)

7. Certificate issued by CAAP

o Original or CTC of Air Operator Certificate (AOC) with Operation Specifications


o Original or CTC of Agricultural Aircraft Operator Certificate (AAOC) with
Operation Specifications
o Original or CTC of Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) Approval

CAAP reserves the right to deny, withhold or revoke any application with a false or incomplete data/information for
the purpose of issuance of aircraft registration certificate. Note: False or incomplete data/information, which appears
on the application with all other documents submitted patently false and material for approval of registration. The
handling inspector is authorized to determine this aspect.
