INSTRUCTIONS
1. Late, over written doubtful and incomplete Entries in any respect will not be
acceptable. The sports Secretary shall be authorized to entertain the late entries under
special case.
2. Entry fee deposited once will not be refunded even if the institution does not
participate.
3. A copy of the entry form duly signed by the Head of Institution shall be produced
by the in-charge of the team at the venue of Inter-Collegiate/Inter-Directorate Tournament
for reference, without which the team shall not be allowed to participate in the Tournament.
4. Only those student whose names are entered in the given entry forms shall be allowed to
participate in the Tournament amendment/additions in the list of players if necessary may
be sent to the office of the DPE FBISE Islamabad at least Seven days before the
commencement of the particular match.
5. Entry form/Entry Receipt Forms of all the event are provided by the Director Physical
Education, FBISE, Islamabad free of cost to all the institutions recognized by the Federal
Board.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Late, overwritten, doubtful and incomplete entries will not be accepted.
2. One copy of the entry form duly signed by the Principal is to be handed over to the supervisor of the venue for reference, failing which the team will not be allowed to take part in the
tournament.
3. 1st year, 2nd year, I. com. D. Com 1 & 11, DBA, and DAE student shall be allowed to participate in Inter-collegiate/ Inter-Board Tournaments only two consecutive years from
the date of passing SSC Examination/equivalent.
4. Secondary School student shall be allowed to participate in Inter- Directorate (Schools) Inter-Boards Tournaments only two consecutive years from the date of passing Middle
Examination/ Equivalent.
5. The students which are now studying in Class XI, XII, I-Com, D.Com-I or II & DAE are eligible to participate in inter-Collegiate Tournaments.

6. The students which are now studying in class 9 & 10th are eligible to participate in Federal Board Inter Directorate Sports Tournaments.
7. The players will be fined Rs.1000/- if he/she withdraws himself/herself from inter-Boards competitions after formal selection by selection committee of the Board and the same
amount/fine will be deposited in the bank account of the Board.
8. All players/students of SSC level and HSSC level from affiliated institutions of FBISE are eligible to participate for Inter Schools and Inter Collegiate Boys & Girls Tournaments. There
is no age restriction for participation in the FBISE Inter directorates (school/colleges) competition. However for Inter Boards competitions students shall be selected as per rules &
regulation of Inter Boards Sports Committee (IBSC)
9. Any Violation of Federal Board Sports Rules may cause disqualification for the said tournaments or any other disciplinary action the team or any individual.
10. The Manager of team must produce the Original of Mark Sheet of Class 9 th, 10th & 1st year of all participants alongwith Entry Form. If the students studying in 9 th class, he should
produce Enrollment Card duly signed by the Secretary of the concerned Board. The Sports Identity Card shall be checked prior to the commencement of each game.
11. All protests arising during Federal Boards Tournaments shall be decided by the protest committee constituted by the Sports Committee. Protests shall be made in writing on all cases
and shall reach through organizing Secretary conducting the Championship along with protest fee of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) within one hour after conclusion of the
match. The fee shall be refunded in case the protest is found correct. The protest shall be entertained only when the documentary proof is produced within 24 hours by the protestor.
All protests shall be decided during the Championship except the protest lodged during the final matches.
12. The Secretary in consultation with the president may decide individual or emergent protest cases, when there is clear breach of rule.
13. During Inter-Directorate (Schools)/Inter-Collegiate Boys & Girls Tournaments TA/DA, Accommodation Charges and other expenses of players/officials will be paid by their
own Institution.
14. The Board shall appoint the Umpire and Refries and their decision will be final and binding on the teams. No protest on the Umpires, Refries or on their judgment shall be entertained.
