The most significant learning I have learned were in RA 7877, Anti-


harassment and anti-discrimination policies make it clear that
harassment and discrimination will not be tolerated and set
standards and expectations for behavior and in RA 11313, this law
defines gender-based sexual harassment in streets, public spaces,
online, workplaces, and educational or training institutions.
They learned that RA 7877 usually occur between the employer
and employee; the applicant and the employer; the superior and
teachers and even between the teacher and students. I also
learned that RA 11313 AKA Bawal ang bastos law explains that
harassment is not limited to sexual act but also verbal with double
meaning..
