If your e-mail client does not support SMTP authentication, you will not be able to send mail
through your client using you mymctc.net address.

SMTP in your mail client, try to configure your STMP server to use a different port: 465 or 587.
Email going to the old Winco account will first be filtered through Graymail, then it is set to the
Winco Inbox. From there, the email is forwarded to MyMCTC Postini and filtered a second
time, then sent to the MyMCTC Inbox. This is through the transition period, eventually
Graymail will be turned off and Postini will be the only Spam Filter.
IE8 and IE9 have some compatibility issues with the webmail and some features may not
function properly when using Webmail. To turn off compatibility view, go to Tools,
Compatibility View Settings and remove the gmail and mymctc sites by clicking on the name
and clicking remove.

determine whether or not messages stay on the server, so this setting in your client won’t
affect how Gmail handles your mail.
If your client does not support SMTP authentication, you won’t be able to send mail through
your client using your otelmail.com address.
If you are using more than one e-mail client, (different computers or smart phones) you need to
set your e-mail clients to use IMAP. See our document online for IMAP settings.
