Abstract:
The study focuses on gaining knowledge about the various kinds of stress undergone by
employees. Data will be collected through a survey with employees, as well as observations of
their behavior and productivity in the workplace. The results of the study will be used to
provide insight into the most effective stress management practices that organizations can
adopt in order to improve employee wellbeing and performance. Additionally, the findings
will be used to inform the development of policies and programs that can be implemented in
order to reduce the negative impacts of stress on employees and organizations.
