Experience Summary:

 Automotive Functional Safety engineer with 3 years of experience in performing the ISO 26262
functional safety activities for Electronic Park Braking (EPB), Electric Steering column lock (ESCL)
and Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) which are used in passenger cars.
 Experience in executing Item definition & Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA), Failure Mode
& Effect Analysis (FMEA) & knowledge on Diagnostics analysis (FMEDA) on a product.

 Designing test strategy, creating test specifications and plans from high-level project documentation
for a variety of solutions to support the objectives of project and product development.
 Conducting basic testing of existing products to diagnose malfunctions and make routine
improvements or modifications to produce desired results.
 Prepared technical design documents, Hardware test specifications, test plans, and test reports for
analog and digital circuit boards.
 Ensuring the safety and reliability of the VCU & VCCU.
 Identifying and mitigating potential hazards that could arise from malfunctions in the VCU or
VCCU.
 Ensuring the consistent and reliable operation of these critical units.
 Adhering to relevant safety standards and regulations (e.g., ISO26262).

Responsibilities and Contributions:


 Understanding the system architecture.
 Support for life Cycle Management
 Performed Safety Analysis eFMEA.
 Understanding of Hardware architecture and assigning the IEC 62380 library.
 Performed Reliability Calculations for electronic components to find out the FIT.
 Analyzing the failure propagation and mapping of the Basic Events.
 Involved on IC Repartition and adapting Supplier FMEDA.
Project 2: Functional safety implementation in Front Camera (Daimler AD system) for OEM.

 ToracTera as a platform to check In-link’s and Out-links of the requirements traceability.
 Using Jennkins getting report according to V-model and creating filters to run the jennkin’s to check
the requirements from Door’s.
 Traces the according to the V-Cycle (Stakeholder to System test).
 In ToracTera need to implement the Metric’s then generates report.
Project 4: Functional safety implementation in Ansys Medini Digitalization for Internal.

Responsibilities and Contributions:


 All Safety analysis is implemented in medini tool (Signal Tool Chain) in signal mprx.
 Creating BITR-Reports in medini for all safety workproducts.
 Performed Customizing of worksheets using OCL scripting and report generating word or excel.
 Created Safety formal review reports in medini.
 Performed Medini 24R2 Tool Qualification and Valeo Customized plug-ins.
