Job Description
- Directly reporting to Managing Director.
- To manage all aspects of financial responsibilities include accounting, budgeting, taxation, financial reporting, debt
management, treasury, and control improvement is prepared consistently with high standard and comply with
regulations, policies, procedures and accounting standard.
- To supervise and review the Monthly Financial Statements, Audited Accounts and accounting records,
reconciliation of creditors, debtors, bank, intercompany, development expenditure, maintain accounts to ensure
accuracy, compliance and completeness of accounting data and supporting documents.
- To apply for project financial when embarking on new project like construction bridging loan or land financing.
ACCOUNTANT
Job Description
- Reporting to Finance Manager
- Review financial/management reports
- Responsible for annual statutory reporting
- To liase with external audtiors and tax agents for auditing, tax computations and compliances.
- Oversee the accounting process, to assist in daily/weekly/monthly report generation to ensure timely submission
of reports and input for month end/year end closing and management reporting purposes
- Support operational and line management with adhoc reports
PROJECT MANAGER
Job Description
- Reporting to Project Director
- Accountable for efficient management and execution projects.
- To plan, schedule, conduct, cooordinate and attend meetings with consultants, contractors / sub-con.
- Liase and coordinate with consultants / Sub-Con to ensure all projects are carried out according to work schedule,
quality standards within budget and acceptance quality standard.
- Provide technical and engineering solution to customers which include on-site support.
- Arrange the personnel, tools and on-site management of the project.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Job Description
- Reporting to Project Director
- Assist to execute the company's quality program, including the implementation of ISO standards, system and
procedures.
- Respond to non-conformance reports, customer complaints and corrective action and preventive action until
verification of completion and effectiveness of actions taken.
- Monitor Risk management activities.
- Manage and maintain both office and project related documentation
- To manage accuracy of documentation and to minimize error by maintaining an efficient filing system.
GENERAL ADMIN
Job Description
- Handle administrative matters (filing, data entry, retrieving of documents, and preparation of reports)
- Responsible for company business license application and renewal
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions such as staffing, payroll and general administration
- Assist to prepare proposal, quotation, invoices as per requested
- Any other admin related duties as and when assigned from time to time
TECHNICAL ENGINEER

- Liase with engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs
- Review rough sketches, drawings, specification, notes and other engineering data received from engineers to
ensure that they conform to design concepts
- Identify potential constructional/builability issues
- Calculate dimensions, volume, weight, quantity and assist on bill of materials (BOM)

PROJECT DIRECTOR
Job Description
- Directly reporting to Managing Director.
- To develop strategies and to plan for the division.
- Oversee the whole project development cycle from initial planning until handover.
- To be involved in project inception, feasibility studies/cost estimate, conceptual design, design development &
construction management.
- To liase with various departments to review procedures, plan for changes and to coordinate special projects.
- To ensure that all the projects are completed on time, within budget and acceptable quality standard.
- Able to coordinate all activities associated with site installations and procedures for large-scale projects.
- Ensure timely submission and compliance to regulatory requirements.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Job Description
- Provide strategic and technical leadership for the organisation
- Serve as the principal liaison with stakeholders, including the BOD, respective governments, and private sector
partners
- Represent the organisation publicly and support its organizational development
- Supervise, manage, and mentor staff and work in close coordination with the BOD

Job Description
- Prepare tender document, tender bid evaluation, make recommendation for award, order of materials and
equipment for the project implementation work.
- To perform calculation for mechanical design.
- To review project drawing, specifications and technical clarification
- Prepare method statement and check drawing descrepancies.
- To carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
- To ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- To ensure quality of works is achieved and safely regulation are well complied.
- Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E engineer to resolve construction problems and issues.
- Assist project manager in daily works.
- Assis in project installation works, engineering works, field personnel, sub-contractors and job progress
- To liase with contractors on M&E installation works.
SURVEYOR
Job Description
- Preparing and analyzing cost comparison
- Liase and negotiate with main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Obtaining quotations from supplier and sub-contractors
- Measuring quantities/taking off
- Preparing progress claims
- Attend site meeting and assist supervisors in letter/report writing and corresponding site issues.
