JFC Soccer Academy Rules Regulation
Admission to Jubail FC Soccer academy is open to all expatriate boys of age 6-16 based on
registration as per rules & regulation of the JFC (Jubail Football Club).
A Trainee has to provide 1 photograph, copy of Iqama/Passport along with registration form duly
filled and registration fees to complete the admission procedure.
Session will be conducted every Friday Morning for two hours at any Football compatible turf ground
in Jubail. Exact timing will be shared in the WhatsApp group based on the climate situation. Training
Ground will choose by club based on the availability & facilities.
Fee Structure:
Events:
JFC will choose best trainee of the month based on their overall performance including discipline on
and off ground and school activities. Furthermore, Annual day, Internal tournament & other cultural
entertainment gathering days may to be held.
Transportation:
Parents must arrange transportation and ensure the trainees reach the ground and picked up on
time. JFC will not be responsible for the child after the stipulated training session time.
1. All trainees must full abide by rules of academy, club management and all the laws prevailing in
KSA.
2. All trainees must attend all seminars, theory classes, field trips etc. as and when organized by
the academy. Parents too have to attend any of these sessions if requested by the academy.
3. Trainees have to bring their own full-equipped football kits, which mandatory items includes
Football shoes, jersey, shorts, socks, shin guards, water bottle and flip-flops.
4. Irregular attendance, habitual late coming, objectionable behavior on the ground/camp can lead
to disciplinary action against the trainee.
5. Trainees must obtain full consent of their parents before joining JFC Soccer academy.
6. Trainees must obey and respect JFC Coaches, officials and management at all times. Also, treat
co-players with respect and sportsman spirit. Encourage, cooperate and support teammates at
all times.
7. School curricular or co-curricular activities should not be affected due to football training. Top
priority should be given to studies. As an encouragement for studies JFC will honor trainees who
obtain meritorious grades in the school annual exams or co-curricular events.
8. Trainees have to take care of their health and must know that injuries are part and parcel of
sports and it may happen during training at JFC Academy too. In case of an unfortunate
incident/injury, JFC coaches, officials or co-players must not be held responsible or liable.
9. All trainees must come to the ground with full kit, and they should be ready at least 10 minutes
before the practice sessions and ensure JFC officials record their attendance.
10. Late attendance without valid reasons and acceptance of coaches will be recorded as absent and
may result in disciplinary action.
11. Trainees will not allow to leave the camp before completion of the training session.
12. Absence for 3 consecutive training days without valid reason can lead to removal of trainee name
from JFC register and re-registration with registration fee (subject to prior approval) will be
required.
13. JFC Coaches are solely responsible to select a team for matches based on the trainee
performance and team structure. Trainees or parents shall not question the coaches’ decision.
