4-Hour Study Timetable (After College)

6:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Relaxation & Refresh

Take a short break after college. Have a snack, relax, and mentally prepare for studying.

6:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Review Lectures/Notes

Go over the material covered in class today. Revise notes or watch recorded lectures.

7:30 PM - 8:30 PM: Focused Study Session 1

Choose one subject/topic that requires in-depth understanding. Avoid distractions and use

techniques like Pomodoro (25 min study, 5 min break).

8:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Dinner Break

Take a short break for dinner. Relax and recharge.

9:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Focused Study Session 2

Focus on a different subject/topic. Complete assignments, practice problems, or work on projects.

10:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Revision & Practice

Revise concepts learned during the day and practice questions (especially for technical subjects).

Use this time to consolidate what you have studied.

11:00 PM: Wrap-Up & Plan for Tomorrow

Take 10-15 minutes to plan the next day's study topics or tasks.
