the day of 2025 at 9 O’clock in the fore or soon thereafter as Counsel for the
Applicant can be heard on an Application for;
a) The extension of time to serve summons on the respondent arising out of the Plaint,
Civil Suit Number; 023 of 2024 filed by Firm A1 & Co. Advocates.
This application is based on grounds clearly laid out in the Affidavit in support which
shall be read and relied on but briefly are that;
A. That the summons to file a defense were issued on 15th December, 2024 by the
Registrar High Court Civil Division and were uploaded on ECCMIS.
B. That the counsel for the applicant travelled on 13 December and was unable to
